This second, more spacious location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquet-lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. The second dining room, the Palm Room, which can be reserved for larger parties and private events. Petit Trois is the perfect space for a wide variety of events including rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremony & receptions, galas, corporate gathering, cocktail receptions, and more! Since opening, Petit Trois has garnered praise from casual foodies to revered food critics. One On One Recording Studios is a state of the art recording studio in Los Angeles offering professional audio engineering and mixing services to both major and independent record labels in the music industry. In the context of its Southern California location, e Garden is a hybrid art form that combines traditional elements of Japanese garden design with contemporary elements. They had a shared love of the outdoors, and gardening in particular, drew them together. When it came to self-development, Loraine and Earl recognized the importance of travel, well-being, education, and art as a means of expression. They are reflected in the Garden and in other projects that they have funded, such as the CSULB International House, Miller Children's Hospital, and the ongoing work of The Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation, which they established in memory of their parents. At this time, we are unable to accommodate docent-led tours due to a lack of available space. When planning to visit the Garden during regular hours, groups of 15 or more people must contact the Garden in advance by phone (562) 985-8420 or email (jgcoordinators@csulb.edu), regardless of whether or not a docent-led tour is requested. A minimum of two weeks notice is required, and group visits may be subject to a fee if they are not pre-arranged. The specifics will be worked out between your group coordinator and the Garden's personnel.

It can also be used for any event. THE SPACE - Our CENTER BAR is custom built out of warm tone wood and a white quartz stone top. It is strategically placed as a room divider between The Great Hall and Lounge. The bar back is dressed with mirror, glass and lights. - THE SALON CHANDELIER is uniquely made up of hundreds of lights and orbs that dance in the breeze. -Our LOUNGE includes cozy seating areas dressed with modern white furnishings. -The BRIDAL SUITE on the mezzanine floor overlooks The Salon. A French inspired suite with polished concrete floors, french doors, velvet furnishings, & chandeliers. The MODERN requires you use one of our preferred catering partners for your event and will not refer or allow catering services from outside caterers other than for special dietary, cultural, or religious reasons that our preferred Caterer does not customarily provide. The MODERN at its sole discretion, will determine if the outside caterer is adequate and capable of providing services that meet The MODERN’s high standards. There will also be additional fees for outside catering. -Facility Rental Fees are for a five hour event and include tables, modern molded white chairs, furnishings., staffing, and cleaning. -Vendors can arrive up to four hours prior to the event for setup and have an hour after event for clean up. -Onsite parking is included. -An additional fee for guest counts above 150 and security may be required.

Rancho Los Cerritos is a historic home and gardens nestled in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach, California. Built in the mid-1800s, the two-story adobe structure served as the headquarters of a sprawling cattle and sheep ranch before evolving through generations of California history. Today, the 4.74-acre property holds Local, State, and National Historic Landmark designations, offering a setting shaped by centuries of California heritage. The grounds — designed by landscape architect Ralph D. Cornell in the 1930s — feature four distinct outdoor and semi-indoor event spaces, from the expansive Backyard with its 150-year-old Moreton Bay Fig tree and Italian Cypresses to the intimate Inner Courtyard centered on a reflecting pond. A Petite Garden provides privacy for smaller gatherings, while the Sun Porch is the venue's only fully enclosed indoor space, with glass walls looking out onto the courtyard. Together, the spaces accommodate events from small luncheons of 40 to large wedding receptions of up to 350 guests. Whoop Axe is an adventure entertainment venue in South Orange County. It is a plug and play venue for all types of events. With a 10,000 square foot space, Whoop Axe, can host over 300 guests. We have sound, lights, stage, 2,000 square foot dance floor, microphone, projector, and natural seating for 125 guests and we can add seating to accommodate up to 300. Then there is the entertainment side of the venue. Whoop Axe has a list of bands, line dance instructors, and DJs. Entertaining the whole venue at once. As well as 20 axe throwing lanes, a mechanical bull, a rage room, and yard games, that can entertain over 90 guests at a time with activities. Catering is easy. We have a group of vendors that allows for many food options to be available by a simple price point of $15 per person. Alcohol is available for purchase as well.
