Park Place is a contemporary mixed-use campus in Irvine, California, offering event venues set within modern architecture, lush landscaping, and water features. Situated along Michelson Drive, the campus combines Class A office buildings with an array of event-ready spaces that accommodate gatherings from intimate meetings to large-scale galas and weddings. Outdoor celebrations take shape on the Plaza Deck and Fountain Court, where architecturally inspired buildings frame a courtyard with water features and palm-lined walkways. Inside, Atrium 1 and 2 offer lobby-level gathering spaces with collaborative seating, an upscale coffee bar, and a media wall — opening onto a deck with patio seating. The Palm, Sage, and Olive Conference Centers provide flexible indoor options equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities. All events are supported by catering through Bon Appétit.

Our facilities can be rented for meetings, parties, banquets, and various events. Completed applications must be received at least two weeks prior to your event date. Once your application is received, it will be processed within 5-10 days and you will be told the total cost of your rental. The entire payment and all paperwork is due to confirm your reservation

Prego Restaurant carries more than 40 years of Italian dining heritage to The District at Tustin Legacy in Orange County, California. Originally established in Irvine in 1985 and relocated to its current Park Avenue address in 2017, the restaurant has long served as a gathering place for business lunches, celebratory dinners, and private events throughout the region. The dining room reflects a European sensibility, with arched entryways, polished copper accents, hardwood floors, rich cherrywood furnishings, and soaring ceilings. A patio overlooking lush palm-lined grounds extends the space outdoors, and large windows bring natural light to the interior throughout the day. Executive Chef Ugo Allesina, who has led the kitchen for more than 25 years, guides a menu of regional Italian specialties including house-made pastas, wood-fired pizza, grilled fresh fish, and spit-roasted meats paired with an extensive Italian and California wine list. Private events and full catering services accommodate groups throughout the restaurant's multiple dining areas, which together seat up to 300 guests. Prego has been recognized by the Restaurant Writers' Association and the Wine and Food Society of Southern California.

5401 Olympic House is a traditionally lovely and airy, small location to celebrate your wedding with your closest friends and family. Your guests will enter the exclusive estate through the exquisite wooden gate, which provides a delicate, romantic appeal and complements the expansive front yard. The ceremony will be placed in a small and cozy outdoor area, which will be enjoyed by your guests. The party will continue outside during the reception, with your guests dancing the night away beneath the stars. This private estate, built in the 1920s, is a photographer's dream, as it has been utilized for a variety of filming productions. The door's carved elements add elegance while remaining simple, and they make a lovely backdrop for wedding photos. The general Spanish design of the house is basic yet sophisticated, with rich, dark wood framing the doorways and covering the floor and ceiling. The venue can hold up to 50 guests.

It's like receiving an unexpected surprise when you visit the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. This stunning event property, only minutes from downtown Los Angeles and right over the Los Angeles River, will fit many a bride's fantasy wedding destination. The Center is a well-kept secret, concealed behind ivy-covered walls. The entry is marked by a broad, circular brick driveway with a spreading ficus tree in the center, and the first look of the fountains, flowers, and serenity within is through the arched, wrought-iron gate. The courtyard at the entrance is a lovely way to begin your visit to the Center, but the carved wooden doors in the back soon draw you into the Main Courtyard, which is the perfect setting for a special occasion. The arcaded terraces of the Center's buildings surround the multi-level plaza on three sides. The breeze rustles the pepper trees, as roses, agapanthus, and daylilies soak up the sun in the beds. A three-tiered fountain sits in the midst of a tiled reflecting pool, surrounded on all four sides by terra cotta pots filled with flowers. An arched gateway in a stucco wall leads from the Main courtyard to the San Fernando Courtyard, another spacious patio with an adjoining lawn. This patio is dappled in shade and has a calm dignity thanks to a great old ficus tree. The lawn, which is surrounded by tree-lined walls, is frequently utilized for ceremonies, while the patio can be used for meals or dancing. The San Fernando Courtyard is its own private little universe, bordered on one side by the California Building and on the other three by high walls. The California Building is used for indoor events and major meetings. A Mexican-tile floor, arched windows, and a large, peaked roof flood the main event space with natural light. Tables and chairs are arranged beneath the skylight, with additional sitting accessible on the second-story walkway that circles the area. Smaller meetings and conferences can be held in the Los Feliz Room.

Boomers Irvine is a family entertainment center located at 3405 Michelson Drive in Irvine, California, part of the Boomers Parks network. The facility offers go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, mini golf, batting cages, arcade games, and rides, making it a destination for birthday celebrations, corporate outings, school group events, and community gatherings. Private event options include outdoor cabanas in Boomers Backyard — each accommodating up to 10 guests with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and complimentary bottled water — as well as furnished indoor party rooms and the open-air Boomers Backyard gathering space. Heritage Square Museum sits on approximately 10 acres in the Arroyo Seco, just north of Downtown Los Angeles off the 110 freeway, and is home to eight landmark Victorian-era structures rescued from demolition across Los Angeles. The buildings, constructed during the late 1800s and early 1900s, represent the everyday architecture and culture of early Southern California — from the ornate William Perry Mansion to the Longfellow-Hastings Octagon House. As a private event venue, Heritage Square specializes in boutique weddings of 50 guests or fewer, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and film and photography productions. Ceremonies and receptions unfold on landscaped grounds surrounded by historic architecture, offering a one-of-a-kind backdrop rarely found in the city. Ample on-site parking and accessibility for large vehicles make logistics straightforward, and professional museum staff serve as in-house site representatives throughout every event.

Overview Despite being only two stories tall and dwarfed by its surroundings, this dazzling black-and-gold terra cotta building with zigzag modern ornamentation commands attention despite its small size. Morgan, Walls, and Clements, one of the oldest continuously operating architectural firms on the West Coast and a driving force in the development of various forms of revival and moderne architecture in Los Angeles, designed the building. A notable feature of the structure is that it is one of the city's last remaining black-and-gold Art Deco structures, and that it is a scaled-down version of the firm's downtown Richfield building (built in 1928; demolished in 1968). It was originally constructed as a neighborhood branch bank, and it served in this capacity until 1970. The building was originally used as a restaurant/nightclub, and it was later converted into a Christian center. After years of disrepair, the building was beautifully restored and converted into short- and long-term creative office space for rent. It is also available for private parties and special events.

Established in 1915 by Italian immigrant, Cesar Menotti, Townhouse is the oldest bar in Venice and one of the oldest bars in the Los Angeles area. Townhouse's live entertainment basement, The Del Monte, was a true speakeasy during Prohibition (1920-1933) and a night-life nucleus, serving many nefarious and infamous characters of the day, masked cleverly by Menotti's grocery store above. Underneath the rows of produce was a trap door and dumbwaiter that could bring down two guests at a time. Alcohol was brought in by boats from Canada and then smuggled via underground tunnels. Once Prohibition ended in 1933, a staircase was added. Today both floors serve hand-crafted cocktails from the golden age of drinking with classic bartending techniques and know-how and offer a fine library of world-class spirits, beer, and wine. The Del Monte features the crème de la crème of live entertainment including live music, djs, comedy and burlesque, five to seven nights per week.
