Nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the West Village, this multi-level storefront event space is a spacious 2,000 sf gallery with 20 ft ceilings. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area. The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display. The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties. The vibrant foot traffic and visibility in this prime West Village neighborhood, as well as the venue’s retail facade, make it ideal for retail pop-ups, gallery exhibits, showrooms, fashion presentations, and product launches. Recent events hosted at West Village event space have included Law and Order's Holiday Party, Vanity Fair's launch of HBO's Angels in America, Sunglass Hut Summer Block Party, Keihl’s Men’s product launch, Buckler Jeans 2004 collection fashion show, Lou Reed's book launch, the annual AICPA directors dinner, The New Yorker kickoff party to their Arts Festival, and the New Yorkers Against Gun Violence benefit in honor of Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy, among others. Situated on the waterfront in the vibrant neighborhood of Dumbo, Smack Mellon offers a truly unique venue for private parties and corporate events. The building is across the street from the picturesque Brooklyn Bridge Park between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges with breathtaking views of the City skyline. Located in the recently renovated “Boiler Building”, Smack Mellon’s gallery is an especially exciting space with tremendous architectural elements. The 6,000 square foot gallery boasts a ceiling that soars to 35 feet. There are 25 windows on two levels providing beautiful light and a spectacular view of Manhattan and the East River. Smack Mellon is just one subway stop from Manhattan with easy access to the BQE, Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges and ample parking in nearby garages. The building is handicap accessible.

American Cut, created by LDV Hospitality, pays homage to the original and aspirational New York dining experience- The steakhouse. The restaurant captures the nostalgic glamour of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today's modern social life. The menu combines bold flavors and a unique style to create the restaurant’s take on American classics, like our house favorite Chili Lobster and the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad, create a colorful and i nteractive dining experience. American Cut also has a tendency to light up the room, with interactive experiences such as the 40oz Porterhouse, flambéed tableside and elements of smoke and fire in other specially curated dishes. Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM).
