The Ace Hotel Brooklyn is located in Boerum Hill, on the outskirts of Downtown Brooklyn, about a block from the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Station and at the crossroads of everything. We designed Ace Brooklyn from the ground up, every piece in service of the borough's ceaseless ingenuity, made to move and breathe right along with the city itself, as the next chapter in Ace's long relationship with New York. The hotel's Brutalist front blends smoothly with interiors inspired by European modernists' raw artist studio spaces, thanks to longstanding Ace partners Roman and Williams. Guest rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Statue of Liberty, as well as a common lobby and a large-scale installation by artist Stan Bitters. We created a lush indoor garden with a double-sided fireplace and sawtooth skylight, as well as lots of indoor and outdoor work spaces for our neighbors and visitors — a permanent home to carry on the city's great legacy of people doing things their way, together. Spaces for Events The Ace Hotel Brooklyn's highly adjustable event rooms were created to serve a never-ending borough, designed to move and breathe in tandem with the metropolis. Each location is a versatile and spacious canvas that can be used for everything from intimate weddings to culinary seminars, album launches, dinners, and celebrations. Gallery With year-round featured exhibitions and talks, our gallery space, which has an oculus skylight, provides as a continual showcase for local artists and artisans. Atrium Our second floor Atrium, a high-ceilinged event area capable of hosting wedding receptions, full moon parties, or anything else you might need a big room for, is flooded with natural light and an able host for wedding receptions, full moon parties, or anything else you might need a big room for. The Workplace Our second-floor meeting rooms are flexible spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and are modular and appropriate for any occasion. A comprehensive demonstration kitchen is available for classes and special occasions. The Steps The Stoop is a generously proportioned venue with a symphony of natural light and its own full bar.

The venue also offers partial rentals in their year-round wine bar room (50 person capacity) dining room (30 person capacity), and the outdoor garden (80 person capacity).

Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision
