Footman Hospitality has opened the doors of Little Victories in the heart of Wicker Park, continuing a long legacy of drinking and dining places that have brought people from all over the city together for years. Little Victories, which is housed in a former warehouse conversion, welcomes you with a horseshoe bar as its focal point. Billiards and darts are two Chicago pastimes that are complemented by booths and decor that have a vintage feel to them. Everything about this place is simple and straightforward: fantastic moments, nice music, decent beverages, and pleasant service. With an emphasis on classics that are easy to remember and enjoy, the cocktail program strives to retain the integrity of the traditional drinks that everyone knows and loves. Additionally, Little Victories provides a changing assortment of canned and draft beers, which includes microbrews and craft beers from Chicago's several local brewers. We prepare and cook our food in innovative and delicious ways, much as generations of pioneers did when they uprooted their lives and pushed for fresh beginnings in the American West a century ago. Our menu, created by James Beard Award semifinalist chef Brian Jupiter, pays homage to the foods that those pioneers ate and hunted while on the road, and we urge you to taste the contemporary day renditions of their fare while you dine. The greatest way to appreciate our meals is in a group environment. To provide you with an outstanding eating experience that is well-paired and well-fueled, we've preserved the early pioneers' enjoyment of family meal gatherings. Our bar offers a diverse selection of domestic and regional craft beers, great wines from across the world, and house-crafted creative cocktails created with only the highest-quality ingredients available. In addition, our comprehensive liquor bar can please even the most ardent cocktail connoisseur. So go ahead and live a little! Foods that you might not have considered trying or those you haven't seen on a menu before. Even if it's only from the comfort of your barstool, reconnect with your pioneering heritage. Take a journey out to the Frontier with your companions! In ten years, there have been over 9,000 events, and the number is growing. The Mitz is a premier landmark building set in the Wicker Park area, just minutes away from Downtown Chicago. If the walls at The Mitz could talk, they would tell us a unique story about immigration, social policy, and Chicago's architectural heritage. The most aesthetically elaborate of the 19 facilities commissioned, this historic structure was built in 1918 and is one of three extant municipal bathhouses. The structure is the crown jewel of Wicker Park, an architecturally notable and socially innovative neighborhood. The refinement of the Gold Coast district is reflected in this Art Deco apartment complex and its lobby bar. After 75 years, we've brushed it off and reopened it to the public as The Sparrow, the original establishment. Originally intended as a nightcap or late-night rendezvous spot for residents, the bartenders here have been privy to private conversations, thereby becoming the building's concierge. Yes, a sparrow is a sociable, attractive, and intelligent bird. But a real persona of the tenants who nested above, outgoing yet quiet, entrenched in their vocation and art, always considering the next move, despite not moving much. We accept everyone and don't feel the need to show off. Logistics: - All visitors must be at least 21 years old. - The location is wheelchair accessible. - There is no available outside space. - Parking is available on the street. - Decorations are permitted if negotiated at the time of booking. - A fully stocked bar Buyouts and smaller pieces with a minimum party size of 10 are available. - A contract, a 25% payment, and a pre-authorized credit card are required for buyouts and section reservations. - Deposits are not refundable unless the event is less than 30 days away. Good Measure

226 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60654, USA

Home to rebellious classic cocktails and Chef Matt Troost's unusual bar cuisine, the bar is housed in what was formerly a turn-of-the-century tailor store with a décor that pays homage to the early days of punk music. No-frills, low-fi neighborhood tavern where everyone is welcome to come as they are and eat, drink, and have a good time in the process. As part of a redevelopment of an old tailor shop from the turn of the twentieth century, the bar offers original versions of classic cocktails made by beverage director Kristina Magro, which are served with chef Matt Troost's cult-inducing, varied bar cuisine. Good Measure was selected one of the 33 Best Bars in Chicago by Conde Nast Traveler in 2019, and it was also awarded one of Chicago's Best Burgers by the Chicago Tribune the same year and again in 2021, according to the publication. We gladly foster the Francesca's idea of delicious, simple cooking delivered in a casually sophisticated dining ambiance to our parties. Our semi-private and private dining rooms are perfect for work or social gatherings. Francesca's Restaurant Group, founded in 1992 by restaurateur Scott Harris, has developed from a small, inviting Italian restaurant on Chicago's North Clark Street to a restaurant group with six concepts in 23 locations across two states. Francesca's Restaurants is a neighborhood Trattoria that serves traditional Italian fare in a refined setting. The multi-unit restaurant business retains its dedication to the original restaurant's founding idea of Italian hospitality—where simple food made with quality ingredients and careful service makes a meal—across all formats. Chef Scott Harris never anticipated that his ambition of starting a trattoria-style Italian restaurant on North Clark Street in 1992 would blossom into a successful collection of 23 restaurants across eight themes and two states. Scott Harris Hospitality's 12 Francesca's Restaurants, 4 Fat Rosie's Taco and Tequila Bars, 2 Davanti Enoteca locations, as well as individual locations Disotto, Joe's Imports, Vasili's, Fiore, and Zade's Lounge, are now led by the Chicago native. Harris' philosophy is built on the foundations of true hospitality, where simple cooking, great ingredients, and careful service–always with a dash of fun–combine to create a dinner unforgettable. Chef Jaysen Euler has worked in professional kitchens since he was 14 years old, when he began as a dishwasher at a neighborhood bar and restaurant in Ohio. Euler has worked his way up to Culinary Director at Francesca's Restaurant Group, touching every facet of what a professional kitchen has to offer — dish pit, prep, sauté, veg, and beyond (FRG).
