Sadelle’s is a New York brunch institution located in the heart of Soho. Serving the best bagels in New York City, Sadelle’s offers quintessential classics like sliced-to-order salmon and sturgeon, chopped salads, and other New York classics in an updated, fun yet refined fashion. Sadelle's is available for large party bookings and for full restaurant buyouts. With a full buyout, the restaurant can seat 80 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Sadelle's 3rd Floor dining room offers a more private experience for parties of up to 40 seated or 50 for cocktails, while our Communal Table is the perfect size for groups up to 16 guests.

The restaurant's event space is also perfect for weddings, product launches, afterparties, business dinners, showers, and any other type of special event. For private events, the Ground Floor Dining Room of Tijuana Picnic can accomodate up to 80 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 65 guests for a seated dinner. The downstairs lounge can accomodate semi-private reservations of up to 40 guests, seated dinners for groups of up to 50, and fully private cocktail receptions for groups of up to 80 guests.

The restaurant features the distinctive Tucci touch across two levels of dining. The main floor boasts intimate handcrafted banquets, velvet drapes and floor-to-ceiling windows, making the perfect atmosphere for a sublime evening. The lower level dining and cocktail lounge has brick and stone arches dating back to the 1800s, as well as a massive, exquisite handmade bar to complement specially curated cocktails and private dining areas that resemble Tuscan wine cellars. The restaurant is ideal for special occasions and events of all sizes.

Welcome to Space LES, a quintessential Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. 45 Downing is an historic carriage house located in Greenwich Village, New York. The space features a spacious ballroom plus a beautiful garden room with fireplace. Hancock St. is an NYC restaurant owned by John McDonald and Chef Ryan Schmidtberger that focuses on fresh ingredients and reimagined takes on basic meals. It has a 75-seat dining room, a 50-seat Garden Veranda, and a private dining room that can accommodate up to 30 people. Co-owner Serge Becker is no stranger to the hospitality industry, having owned famous establishments such as Area MK, Bowery Bar, La Esquina, Miss Lilly's, and Bodega Negra. Ryan Schmidtberger, the head chef of Hancock Street, is a former Lure Fishbar alum. Despite the fact that it was peak COVID, Becker and McDonald had previously collaborated on Lure Fishbar and believed it was time to start a new project together. Hancock is a white tablecloth restaurant that only serves dinner. "The space is dark, sexy, vintage looking," McDonald says, “It feels like it has been here for 20 years already, which was the goal." McDonald envisioned an elegant eatery that was neither fussy nor pretentious. He and Becker wanted to create something that appeared to have been around for a long time, with history and flaws. The menu features typical New York American fare that you'll want to eat every day. After a few months of the lockdown, McDonald was bored, and it prompted him to reconsider what he intended to do with a few of his properties. Pre-pandemic, the restaurateur had intended to conduct a two-week modest renovation of El Toro Blanco, but instead decided to do a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Serge Becker was also in town, so the pair got to work on Hancock St, and the rest is history.
