The Barn at Ross Farm is an indoor and outdoor barn wedding venue on 67 acres of working farmland in Cohutta, North Georgia — centrally located about 10 miles from Chattanooga, Cleveland, Chatsworth, Ringgold, and Dalton. Now celebrating its 12th season, the farm was designed from the ground up to host weddings in a setting that is rustic, beautiful, and functional. The main structure is an all-wood barn with 7,000 square feet of cement floor, heated and air-conditioned throughout, with attached pavilions, a breezeway, and shed porches that allow guests to move freely under shelter. Exposed rafters, rough-sawn wood walls, lantern lighting, a stack stone fireplace, and an antique buckboard wagon give the space its distinctive character. Outside, pristine meadows, a spring-fed pond with a lighted fountain, and views of the North Georgia mountains provide the backdrop for ceremonies at three dedicated sites: The Meadow, The East Lawn, and The Fireplace Room. Packages at Ross Farm include use of the Bridal Cabin — a fully appointed dressing suite with a sleeping loft, kitchenette, and two bathrooms — along with a climate-controlled Groom's Quarters. Forsyth Park Inn is a Queen Anne Victorian bed and breakfast built circa 1893 in Savannah's historic district, sitting directly across from Forsyth Park at 102 West Hall Street. The property was originally the winter residence of Captain Aaron Flint Churchill, a celebrated Nova Scotia sea captain who relocated to Savannah after founding the Churchill Steamship Line. Maritime flourishes — rope motifs around the main entrance and twisted rope balusters along the grand staircase — remain from that era. The Harrison Family has owned and operated the inn since 2016. The inn's 12 elegantly furnished guest rooms include soaring 14-foot ceilings, 12-foot doors, and original woodwork, with options ranging from parlor-level suites with mahogany fireplaces to upper-floor rooms with private patios overlooking the park. Each stay includes a full gourmet breakfast, evening beverages with appetizers, and in-house baked sweets. A uniform and linen factory transformed into a spacious event space. Since 1994, we have operated as a family-owned company. I grew up with my parents who owned and ran a uniform and linen firm that is still in business now. When they launched a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee in 2001, they catered to some of the most elite clientele in the greater Atlanta region. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia, we learnt all about the ins and outs of being gracious in the hospitality business. In 2016, we sold the company, and in 2017, we renamed the space Factory Atlanta to reflect the new ownership. Ideally, we would like to collaborate with people who have a clear picture in mind for their project, their special day, or their milestone event. The Showroom is 2400 square feet and can accommodate events of up to 100 people. The glass garage door provides views of the spectacular railroad lines in the back and has enough space to accommodate a truck or a car. A lasting impression on your guests will be created by the Showroom. The Factory Floor provides you with 5600 square feet of creative flexibility. Swan Lake Overlook is a magnificent wedding and event location located on the shores of Swan Lake. It is on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for more than 100 years that we have built our venue. All of the well-known mountain elements may be found in our picturesque views of the North Georgia Mountains, which overlook the entire region. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, making us the ideal mountain destination wedding venue just outside the city limits.
