American Cut, created by LDV Hospitality, pays homage to the original and aspirational New York dining experience- The steakhouse. The restaurant captures the nostalgic glamour of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today's modern social life. The menu combines bold flavors and a unique style to create the restaurant’s take on American classics, like our house favorite Chili Lobster and the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad, create a colorful and i nteractive dining experience. American Cut also has a tendency to light up the room, with interactive experiences such as the 40oz Porterhouse, flambéed tableside and elements of smoke and fire in other specially curated dishes. Our culinary team creates event menus that can be customized to meet the needs of all guests, ranging from social seated dinners, large format steaks, cocktail receptions, creative food station displays and sweet treats.

Anita Rogers Gallery is a bright and spacious contemporary gallery in downtown NYC. Located on the ground floor, the space offers three large windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and columns throughout. We host events with our current exhibition of contemporary art on the walls, as well as offer the space as a white box.

About Our Venue The New York City Fire Museum is a stunning place both uniquely historic and modern to make your special day a one of a kind experience. During your special event, you and your guests are welcome to visit the exhibition floors of the Museum and party in the third floor loft. The Museum's third floor loft is the perfect place to host your next special event. The space may be rented by individuals, businesses and organizations for meetings, birthday parties, weddings and more! Triangle Loft is a newly renovated flexible space where urban meets modern and the scene never seen. Perched privately on the top floor of the Little Flatiron Building in the heart of the Meatpacking District, our loft-like open space is preserved with white brick walls and original 1849 exposed wood beams and rafters. Natural sunlight and moonlight fill the space by way of our full wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows. The exclusivity of this multi-functional space is defined in many ways as we are ‘exclusively inclusive’. We offer private events including production shoots, product launches, activations, and dinners which pay our monthly bills. Nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the West Village, this multi-level storefront event space is a spacious 2,000 sf gallery with 20 ft ceilings. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area. The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display. The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties. The vibrant foot traffic and visibility in this prime West Village neighborhood, as well as the venue’s retail facade, make it ideal for retail pop-ups, gallery exhibits, showrooms, fashion presentations, and product launches. Gran Morsi named after the Italian word for “bites,” epitomizes elegant simplicity. This airy and convivial two floor Tribeca restaurant specializes in boldly-flavored italian fare with a strong focus on small and shared plates, many of which are cooked in the brick oven. Gran Morsi provides both downtown Manhattan residents and visitors with a dining experience and event space fit for whatever they’re in the mood for, whether it’s a special occasion celebration, a casual event with friends, or an intimate evening. We have several packages to choose from, all of which are customizable. Our events team will work with you to create the ideal menu for any event you’re planning. At Gran Morsi, we host a variety of events, including 1st birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, group lunches, brunches, rehearsal dinners, we do it all! Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. We have elevator access for any guests who may need it. Complete with a large living green wall, the space exudes a romantic, intimate yet inviting energy. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

The club's design juxtaposes the structural foundation of the building formerly known as Temple Court, erected in 1883, with luxurious finishes and details, elevating the environment while maintaining its unique industrial essence. Open 4 days a week at 6pm, it is the perfect gathering point for early evening cocktails and light bites, with martini service and food offerings. Later in the night, top-tier DJs from around the world step into the gold-foil booth that presides over the 4-point Danley Sound Labs system, playing a unique blend of timelessly cool tunes.
