The Club was once a private home, a distinguished Georgian Mansion, dubbed the “The Chimneys” because of the many 26 fireplaces and 13 chimneys which are spread through the 44 room Georgian mansion. Blue Hill On the Road brings our cuisine, staff, style and expertise to your guests at venues throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley and farther afield.
