Welcome to Space LES, a quintessential Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. From the enormous disco ball plated with 10,000 pennies hanging over the dining room to the wall of antique tequila barrels, Bodega Negra is as much a feast for the eyes as it is the palate. Amidst the cozy, intimate, moodily-lit “Tudor Hacienda” décor, Chef de Cuisine Victor Santibanez (in collaboration with Executive Chef Brad Warner) has crafted an upscale Mexican menu designed for sharing with small plates such as fresh ceviches, tacos and salads, as well as more generously proportioned dishes like Roasted Chile Rellano, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos and Carne Asade. Bodega Negra also has a beautiful private dining room, that can hold between 18-24 guests, making it ideal for group dinners, office parties or birthday celebrations.

Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent. Al Coro is a restaurant designed for special occasions. The main dining room can accommodate parties of up to ten people. Each night there is live music. Larger events can be accommodated in a number of private rooms. The menu has meals that take some artistic license in addition to regional Italian cookery. A array of little morsels called aperitivi is served before the main course, antipasti, two pasta courses, and desserts. A condensed 5-course menu is available for $195 per person or the full 7-course menu costs $245. Our main dining area has a private room that can accommodate up to 12 people on the mezzanine. For exclusive gatherings, underground private dining rooms may accommodate 180 people.
