We have 7 bedrooms (sleeps 18), 5 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, high ceilings, warm pine floors, and a 3000 square foot covered, wrap-around porch that invites you to relax. When your party gets started, roll the 18-foot glass doors open to let the outside in, and all of your guests can easily move from the great room to the great outdoors. Any event will be easy for you or your caterer with our fully functional family kitchen. Sixteen acres located just outside the city limits of longview make it easy to run into the city for necessities if needed, or to sit back and enjoy the privacy of the area. KMFA 89.5 is an independent public classical radio station in Austin, TX. KMFA serves approximately 100,000 listeners each week and features locally produced shows like Classical Austin, Early Music Now, and Icons of Broadway, as well as nationally distributed programming from Public Radio International, American Public Media, and National Public Radio. For 53 years, KMFA broadcast from a 6,000 square foot leased space. We now own our brand-new, purpose-built 18,000 square foot home. KMFA’s new space is engaging and educating future generations of music lovers on-air, online, and in person at our purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility on the shores of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin. The freestanding KMFA building is the centerpiece of The Hatchery, which has an “urban village” feel. In addition to KMFA, the community hub includes the Rebekah Baines Johnson (RBJ) Center, which provides affordable housing for seniors; retail; offices, and market rate rentals on its 17.8-acre site.

Banquet tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, a Bride's Room with heat and air conditioning, a Groom's Room with pool table and darts, six built-in gas heaters, a fire pit area, a small pond with a pier, a 10 x 20 elevated stage with backlit windows, customizable lighting, and a dance floor.
