The Arbella, flagship of the Winthrop Fleet, sailed from England to Salem in 1630, and gave birth to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. During the voyage, the passengers and crew managed to consume the 10,000 gallons of wine that had been stowed on board as part of the ship’s provisions. A unique culinary combination of a hands-on cooking experience and a dinner party, Bespoke Cuisine's Cooking Parties are a big hit with epicureans and beginners. Chefs from the Bespoke team lead groups through preparing a multi-course meal. After the cooking is finished, participants retreat to the loft-like dining room and enjoy being served the meal they created.. Cooking parties are held at Bespoke Cuisine's location on Restaurant Row where clients have the opportunity to learn in a working commercial kitchen then dine in the lofted dining room to enjoy the meal they prepared.
