In the heart of midtown Manhattan, you'll find Quality Bistro, a lively brasserie with a focus on steak that serves updated versions of bistro standards in a quirky setting. The restaurant features an inviting bar, an airy conservatory, and an open dining area. The space is accentuated with custom light fixtures, wine cabinets that go from floor to ceiling, and one-of-a-kind vintage accents. In addition, the restaurants have separate areas that are designated for special functions. A one-of-a-kind and eclectic atmosphere is achieved throughout the restaurant by using elements such as plush banquettes, zinc tabletops, hand-painted art features, and discovered things. Quality Bistro is a lively steak-centric bistro located in the middle of Manhattan, and it has two unique private event spaces that can be booked for parties and other gatherings. The modern brasserie environment was designed by founder Michael Stillman in collaboration with longstanding design colleagues AvroKO, who were responsible for the warm textured accents. The private event rooms have an open and spacious vibe thanks to the high ceilings and arched windows. These spaces also include bespoke light fixtures and vast flora arrangements. Sony Hall is a one-of-a-kind venue that flawlessly blends its incredible history and breathtaking design with the Sony Corporation’s state-of-the art technology. First opened in 1938 by theatrical showman and impresario Billy Rose, the venue—formerly known as the Diamond Horseshoe—was famous for its dinner theater shows, vaudeville-style revues, and a chorus of showgirls called “Billy Rose’s Long-Stemmed Beauties.” It quickly became one of the most iconic venues of the vaudeville era, and was later known for the off-Broadway hit “Queen of the Night”. In 2009, the French renaissance, art deco and baroque detailed building received architectural recognition by being designated a New York City landmark.
