This is an intimate, flexible event and performance venue located in Midtown East, available for full buyout by the hour. The space includes two connected rooms: a main showroom with a built-in stage and a bar/lounge area. It is well suited for private events, live performances, rehearsals, corporate gatherings, screenings, and creative productions. The main showroom features a raised stage with professional sound and lighting, multiple microphones, and a baby grand piano available for use. The room can be configured for seated events, standing receptions, or cleared layouts, with tables and chairs that can be removed or rearranged as needed. The bar and lounge area includes a full operational bar, bar seating, tables, banquette seating, and warm ambient lighting, making it ideal for cocktail hours, networking, or breakout space. The venue also offers Wi-Fi, TVs with HDMI input, adjustable lighting, elevator and stair access, and easy street-level load-in. Outside food is allowed with no restrictions, and BYOB is permitted. Optional staffing such as bartenders, hosts, and door/security staff is available. The split-level space was the headquarters for Chinatown’s notorious Tong wars in the early 1900’s and has been thoughtfully restored, incorporating midcentury touches while retaining historical details such as the original pillars, stripped-down walls and now-sealed secret tunnel entryways. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.
