Beyond reflecting the aromas, flavors and colors of the Mediterranean in its cuisine, avec's extensive wine list focuses on the region's boutique vineyards. avec's second floor private event space draws from the warm, intimate design of the main dining room, and evokes the feeling of a rustic mediterranean wine cave. With an open kitchen and private bar, the second floor can host private events for up to 40 seated guests or up to 60 guests for a standing reception. Fulton Street Collective event space is fully customizable to fit your specific needs with 35-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and exposed brick. A state-of-the-art hanging system allows any event to maneuver any time of visual pieces for a unique showing. Complete with movable walls, the Fulton Street Collective Gallery can cater to any event. With 2,000 square feet to work with Fulton Street Collective can easily accommodate events up to 125 people. The venue is located right next to Chicago’s premier event rental company, where you can peruse over 2000 party rental products.

The J. Parker has the most breathtaking panoramas of Lake Michigan and the cityscape of Chicago thanks to its enviable location atop the Hotel Lincoln. The atrium has a total of 140 seats outside and 55 chairs inside, all of which provide unimpeded views of the surrounding area. The J. Parker is an ideal location for hosting private events as well as enjoying a night out on the town. The J. Parker provides guests with a genuinely one-of-a-kind experience in the Windy City by providing unobstructed views of Lake Michigan, downtown Chicago, and the Lincoln Park Zoo. All through the year, huge party reservations, buyouts of the outside space, and buyouts of the entire J. Parker are all available (both daytime and evening). The outdoor patio at The J. Parker features a fully retractable glass roof that may be utilized in the event of severe weather as well as throughout the winter months to keep guests dry and toasty.
