Vault Rentals offers a brand new production and event space located just off the 405, less than five miles from LAX Airport. We host a multi-faceted space including a warehouse & cyc area, a loft meeting space, and a mezzanine overlook complete with mini skate ramp. Theses spaces can be custom tailored to your needs and desires. The warehouse area includes a 2,116 square foot, 46x46x20 cyclorama wall that creates an ideal space for parties, photo and video productions, screenings, corporate dinners, corporate events, and art shows. Vault offers a separate loft space that's ideal for meetings, small gatherings, or corporate events. Vault offers secure on -site parking and can facilitate larger off-site parking option as well. Pasadena's first self-portrait studio and event space. We provide the space and the setup. You take the photos. A space for capturing memories and hosting events. Portrait Space can be rented out to accommodate up to ~50 people for baby showers, birthday parties, pop-ups and more. With the venue rental, you get access to the photo station and all the digital files from your event will be sent to you. Instead of having the added costs of both a venue and a photographer separately, we wanted to make it easy to host your event with us. We have tables and chairs, a Bose sound system, large floor to ceiling windows for natural light, WiFi, a kitchenette, bar table and stools, mini-fridge, coffee machine, and ultimately a great location for easy access on the street level of beautiful Green St. in Pasadena.

Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

loftSEVEN is a one-of-a-kind filming location in the heart of historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for hire. A total of 16,000 square feet is spread across two stories. One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. On-site, a small catering kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave is available for guests' use. Security and safety measures include six-foot-tall glass barriers, as well as a 12-speaker sound system that wraps around the solarium. Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.

Built in 1962 by the Morse family as the first wholesale fashion marketplace west of the Mississippi, “California Mart” quickly became the primary center for fashion business in Los Angeles. Now comprising three towers that span more than 1.8 million square feet, CMC has a proud history in the global fashion industry as the heartbeat of LA’s fashion intersection. Acquired by Brookfield Properties in 2018, CMC is in the midst of an exciting $170-million redevelopment. As of January 2020, fashion showrooms and events have a new home in the CMC’s newly renovated Building C while Buildings A & B close to the public for renovation, relaunching in 2021 as a revitalized, mixed-use campus.
