The Lodge Beverly Hills is a historic hunting lodge built over 110 years ago, set on a secluded property just minutes from the heart of Beverly Hills. Originally part of land acquired in the early 1900s by the Anderson family — developers of the Beverly Hills Hotel — the Lodge served for years as a private hideaway for the hotel's most distinguished guests, who arrived by horseback through canyon pathways to dine beneath towering oak and sycamore trees. Rescued from demolition in 2012 and carefully restored, the property retains its Old Hollywood garden character while welcoming a new generation of private events. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

It's like receiving an unexpected surprise when you visit the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. This stunning event property, only minutes from downtown Los Angeles and right over the Los Angeles River, will fit many a bride's fantasy wedding destination. The Center is a well-kept secret, concealed behind ivy-covered walls. The entry is marked by a broad, circular brick driveway with a spreading ficus tree in the center, and the first look of the fountains, flowers, and serenity within is through the arched, wrought-iron gate. The courtyard at the entrance is a lovely way to begin your visit to the Center, but the carved wooden doors in the back soon draw you into the Main Courtyard, which is the perfect setting for a special occasion. The arcaded terraces of the Center's buildings surround the multi-level plaza on three sides. The breeze rustles the pepper trees, as roses, agapanthus, and daylilies soak up the sun in the beds. A three-tiered fountain sits in the midst of a tiled reflecting pool, surrounded on all four sides by terra cotta pots filled with flowers.
