Masquerade is a historic 30,000-square-foot venue in Midtown Manhattan, home to an immersive reimagining of The Phantom of the Opera. The space can be activated in tandem with the production- including show buyouts and post-show receptions- or operate entirely on its own for private events. The Moxy Chelsea, located on 28th street between 6th and 7th Avenue, is home to 349 beautifully designed rooms. Rising 35 stories high, Moxy Chelsea packs in all the amenities with none of the price tag. Cozy bedrooms, designed with intelligence—and a touch of wit—are flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. The building’s architecture honors the neighborhood with its industrial facade and soaring, greenhouse-style atrium. Guests enter through the Flower Shop, an overgrown boutique offering a curated selection of seasonal, fresh-cut flowers, as well as unexpected curiosities and whimsical gift items.

Originally designed by Calvert Vaux, Tavern on the Green was built as a sheep fold in the 1880’s to house the 700 Southdown sheep that grazed in Central Park’s Sheep Meadow. Robert Moses transformed the building in to a restaurant in 1934, as part of his park renovation. Through the next few decades, Tavern underwent several changes in management, but the iconic view of the park, and the addition of a dance floor, outdoor seating, and lavish menu, kept prominent actors, musicians, and public figures coming back to the restaurant to dine, drink, and celebrate. After a hiatus starting in 2009, the city searched diligently for a new operator to reopen the iconic restaurant in 2013. The city selected current owners and restauranteurs Jim Caiola and David Salama, previously of Philadelphia, who would bring a fresh, welcoming approach to Tavern. The duo renovated the restaurant with inviting décor and wood paneling reminiscent of the original sheep fold, and, with a seasonal menu more reflective of Greater New York, reopened Tavern on the Green in April 2014.

The Knowlton is the newest venue in Fairfield County. In the Historic Armstrong Manufacturing building that has been converted into 3 Unique events spaces surrounded by a mural park and living on the Pequonnock River. The Boathouse is the largest space and has the flexibility to seat up to 350 or 500 cocktail style. It has 27' High Peaks, Amazing HVAC & Ventilation, 3 12'x14' Glass Garage Doors that open to a 1,200 Sq Ft deck on the river with Lawn Access, 2 Green Rooms, 7 Gender Neutral Bathrooms, 500 sq ft catering area, natural wood floors and ample parking. The Two smaller spaces look like SoHo galleries, Natural wood floors, 14' ceilings and newly renovated gender neutral bathrooms. The Wilder Gallery is the 3,000 Sq and perfect for events up to 125-200 Guests The Armstrong Gallery is the smallest of the spaces and has a built in bar and part of the machinery to the oldest elevator in CT that creates a unique visual. The space is recommended for events up to 150 guests. The three spaces connect and can create some amazing "OMG there's more" moments!
