At the helm is James Beard award winning chef, Craig Shelton. Chef Shelton masters a complex balance that emphasizes both taste and technique to give you an unprecedented dining experience. Our tastefully decorated manor, beautifully landscaped grounds, fresh mountain air, and award winning cuisine provide all the key elements for the most memorable day of your life. Mountainville Manor weddings are all-inclusive packages and we only host one wedding a day, giving the couple and their guests exclusive use of the venue and property, including private bridal suite and a groom's room. All of our packages also include Day of Coordinator, ensuring a smooth and seemless day for the wedding couple. Tables, chairs, linens, plateware, flatware, glassware are all included.

The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones.
