Tin Roof Barn centers its weddings around three connected spaces: the 3,400-square-foot barn for dining and dancing, the Ceremony Patio overlooking the mountains and orchards, and the timber-framed Pavilion, where guests typically gather for cocktail hour beneath a stone fireplace. Full-day weddings of up to 180 guests dine in the barn itself, while intimate weddings of 50 or fewer guests can celebrate entirely in the Pavilion. The barn at the center of the property has stood since the early 1900s, on a family farm in Washington's Columbia River Gorge that the founder's parents acquired in 1971. It was restored and opened as a wedding venue in 2014, and the Pavilion was added in 2016 to serve as a covered ceremony alternative during rain or heat. Reservations include a full day onsite, upgraded ceremony chairs, farm tables, two private dressing quarters, and an onsite restroom facility. Tin Roof Barn also offers its own in-house coordination team, TRB & Co., as the sole required planning vendor, alongside a preferred list of caterers and DJs.

The property combines a working bed-and-breakfast with a wedding venue, hosting one wedding per day so that each couple has full run of the grounds. Receptions take place in the property's historic register barn, which also serves as a rain-day backup for outdoor ceremonies held elsewhere on the property. Couples can draw from more than 1,000 decor pieces kept on-site for free use, and the barn holds up to 150 guests from May through October, or 100 guests from November through April and on Sundays. Overnight guests stay in one of four suites — Ponderosa, Main House, Nason, and Natapoc — each with a private bathroom, Jacuzzi tub, and private deck, plus complimentary breakfast each morning. Couples marrying at Pine River Ranch are asked to book all four suites for their wedding night, keeping the celebration close to the river and mountains that drew them there in the first place.

Its rustic barn is the centerpiece: the upper level opens completely on one side, looking straight out over the meadows and mountains beyond. It suits an outdoor-style ceremony without leaving the property. A small on-site church is also available for couples who want to marry there. The ranch can help arrange catering, flowers, and cake for the wedding, and its site fee covers a straightforward, all-in-one booking process. Guests can step from the porch directly onto the Methow Valley Sport Trails for skiing and mountain biking, and horse facilities are available on-site for guests traveling with animals.

A restored '42 Ford truck and '69 Camaro sit on the grounds at The Barn on Wild Rose Prairie, doubling as vintage photo backdrops for couples and guests. The venue occupies a fifty-year-old barn that was once part of the Wild Rose Dairy, owned and operated by the Oiland family for more than fifty years across four generations, and has been converted into an event facility that keeps its original wood structure alongside a newly poured stained concrete floor, French doors, and a covered deck. The barn's 1,000-square-foot reception hall connects to a 640-square-foot covered deck and opens onto roughly an acre of lawn, where a canopied arbor hosts outdoor ceremonies and a fire pit and 20-by-20-foot concrete dance floor extend the space further outside. A separate dressing room, insulated and furnished with a mini fridge, air conditioning, a space heater, and a small bar, gives wedding parties a private place to get ready before the event. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests, including the wedding party, with 200 brown resin chairs and 24 round tables provided, and hosts weddings and receptions as well as family reunions and corporate gatherings.
