Originally built in 1955, the former Coachella Valley Savings & Loan, retains all of its mid-century charm and character including the original black terrazzo floors, circular walk-in bank vault with stone façade, and free-form terrazzo staircase. With 5,675 square feet of indoor space, TheBank can accommodate a wide variety of events including brand activations, product launches, meetings, special events and social occasions from 100 to 400 guests. The main level offers a large open space with 20-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook South Palm Canyon Drive in downtown, and a bank vault that has been transformed into a luxurious VIP lounge.
