A Colorado and Industrial motif has been included into the design of the venue itself, which features Cedar beams, black iron trusses, exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings that reach 30 feet in height, and enormous glass windows on all sides that let the forest and natural light to fill the space. Our Bridal and Groom Suites, which are completely furnished, are accessible via a stairway near the entryway. The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. They are dedicated to providing a clean, pleasant setting for your special day with the support of their extended family and beloved friends, late nights of working and laughing, and lots of prayer. Our 20-acre hilltop site was designed with care and attention to detail to give a variety of facilities to make your big day unforgettable. Multiple staging options will provide you with opportunity to make your event stand out. Our bride and groom suites are spacious, with complete baths, a grand staircase, rich landscape, wide covered patio spaces, and plenty of room for your guests. Red Door Ranch can host up to 300 people with approximately 6,000 square feet of climate-controlled space and 3,500 square feet of covered patio area. We limit ourselves to to one event per day so that you and your guests may rest and enjoy themselves. All venue rentals include: seating for 50-300 guests, round tables with Chiavari chairs, table and chair set-up and take-down, full table bussing and after-party cleaning service, full prep kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, warmers/buffet table, bridal suite with full bath, sit-down vanity area with salon chairs and ample natural lighting, an a kitchen.
