Preserving Legacy in Lincoln Park. The long-anticipated revival of the quintessential west-side Jersey City haunt has commenced. Casino in the Park, the hospitality core of Lincoln Park, has been an entertainment hub since its inception in 1950, playing host to celebrity and political dignitaries including Frank Sinatra and former President Bill Clinton. The ambitious site plan, showcasing a reimagined Casino in the Park structure, creatively incorporates aspects of the site’s legacy into the contemporary design. Adaptive reuse of the stone façade, timber beams and antique fixtures from the original Lincoln Lodge, Est. 1929, will be featured visual elements of the new facility, enabling the long and illustrious legacy to continue.

Located on Pier 41 in the historic shipping yards of Red Hook, Brooklyn, this restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The building, which was built prior to the Civil War in the 1850s, has recently been transformed into a charming event space. The location, which is directly on the water's edge, provides spectacular views of New York Harbor. The Liberty Warehouse is the only location in the entire city of New York where the Statue of Liberty is displayed face forward, as she gazes toward France. It is a truly unique location that must be experienced in person to be fully appreciated. It can accommodate up to 400 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 1200 people for cocktails. Two large event rooms with large windows that face due west provide spectacular sunset views are available for rental. Two smaller rooms that are ideal for indoor ceremonies, small gatherings, and cocktail parties. Special performances are staged in this area. All of the event rooms have working wood-burning fireplaces. There are 15,000 square feet of space at the Liberty Warehouse, which includes a wonderful waterside promenade that provides glamorous panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Verrazano bridge. Our bridal suite is fully equipped for the bride and her bridal party to get ready for the big day as well as take beautiful photographs! There is covered valet parking available. Structures on the property include an 18th century farmhouse, a 150-year old classic red barn, an elegant estate home built in the 1920s, a boathouse and various cabins. With 19 rooms available for overnight accommodation, you and your guests will enjoy a stay on a working farm while knowing that you are supporting an agricultural nonprofit with a mission that cultivates environmental resiliency and regional prosperity. WEDDINGS The focal point of your event is an elegant fieldstone house set amidst the landscape of a true working regenerative farm. The soft lowing of cows on distant hills can be heard as your guests dine on local fare coordinated through our favorite chefs and caterers. An ancient apple orchard gently slopes away from your table and pastures rise in the distance. Vegetables grow a stone's throw away. Your carefully crafted menu celebrates and works in harmony with the abundance around you. Our rooftop farms in Brooklyn span almost 5 acres and produce over 80,000 lbs of organically-grown vegetables per year. We sell our produce at farmers markets and through our sliding scale CSA program. The space, which features exposed brickwork and open ceilings, is large enough to accommodate 150 guests while still retaining the warmth and ambiance required for smaller groups of 50 or fewer people. There are a number of interesting features in this large open space, including: • brick walls that have been exposed Dining area in the back room, which is a little more intimate in size. • There are facilities for preparing the final product. Rentals and entertainment are available on-site, as well as catering services and entertainment. • A total of 2,500 square feet of usable floor space • The facility has a capacity of 50 to 150 people.
