Facility Rental Fee: The venue does not charge a rental fee, but there is a guest minimum—Saturday evening’s minimum is 165 guests, and for Friday or Sunday the minimum is 125 guests. What’s Included: -Five hour exclusive access to Lake Room, at 4,300 sq. ft space that is located adjacent to the restaurant. The room overlooks the lake on the South side with a 450 sq. ft deck and is surrounded on the West and North side by a 3,300 sqft English Garden. -Cocktail hour with butlered hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four course seated meal with choice of two entrées. -Wine service is provided throughout the meal in addition to a five hour open bar. The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. Organic and bio-dynamic components help to advance innovative procedures that are motivated by health and taste. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. A welcoming area for handed canapés or small dishes is provided in the space's expanding form, which combines the refinement of a 'Chef's dream' with a library of more than 8,000 textbooks of culinary inspiration. The Steinway Concert B piano in the main dining room reverberates beneath a Murano glass chandelier from the 18th century. With a wall of slate connecting the dining room to the kitchen, where guests are encouraged to chalk handwritten recipes or notes for special occasions, guests are invited to see the chefs' expertise in a setting adorned with 16th century copperware. Color LED projection technology, which is state-of-the-art, may be used to customize anniversaries or corporate events. The Test Kitchen also includes equipment from artisanal industry giants such as Molteni, Rational, and Electrolux, as well as handcrafted B&W Nautilus speakers and an emerald lighted turntable powered by the McIntosh Sound System.

New York Marble Cemetery is a historic half-acre walled garden tucked into the interior of a city block in Manhattan's East Village, accessible through iron gates at 41½ Second Avenue via a 100-foot private alley. Founded in 1830 as the oldest public non-denominational cemetery in New York City, the grounds are enclosed by 12-foot Tuckahoe marble walls and contain 156 underground burial vaults. The site holds dual designations as a New York City Landmark and a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. The cemetery accommodates private events of up to 120 guests on a center lawn spanning roughly 30 by 150 feet. The range of events hosted includes weddings, fundraisers, fashion shows, corporate gatherings, film and television productions, poetry readings, and art shows. Catering, food, BBQ, and alcohol are permitted on the grounds. Quiet music is welcome at or below 60 decibels; dancing, loud music, and Halloween-themed events are not permitted. The venue does not supply bathrooms, electricity, or garbage services, and renters are required to carry $2 million in private event insurance.

When il Buco first opened its doors in 1994 as a rustic antique store on NoHo's cobblestoned Bond Street, the restaurant quickly rose to become one of the city's most beloved destinations. Donna Lennard and her then-partner, Italian-born restaurateur Alberto Avalle, were pioneers on Bond Street when they invited their antique customers to join them for their midday "pranzo" before obtaining a wine and beer license and developing an eclectic Mediterranean menu that was equal parts Italian, Spanish, and invention, and dedicated to sourcing the finest prime ingredients both locally and in Avalle's home country of Italy.
