Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town is a landmark Southwestern hotel set adjacent to Albuquerque's historic Old Town district. The property's architecture draws on the region's layered heritage — hand-plastered adobe walls, exposed vigas, hand-carved wooden doors, wrought-iron accents, and an expansive courtyard define the character of the building and its public spaces. For events, the hotel offers more than 62,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, accommodating groups from small gatherings to celebrations of 1,000 or more guests. The 14,000-square-foot Alvarado Ballroom, with its 22-foot ceilings, hand-stamped tin chandeliers, and Navajo rug-style carpeting, serves as the signature indoor venue. The Pavilions & Gardens provide an outdoor setting with fountains, rose arbors, and Spanish-style gardens for up to 300 guests, while San Isidro de Capilla — a traditional Southwestern outdoor chapel — hosts ceremonies for up to 150. Casa Esencia, an 18th-century hacienda with hardwood floors, a courtyard, and lush gardens, offers a private setting for up to 298 guests. In-house catering draws on New Mexican and regional Southwestern cuisine. On-site dining includes Garduño's of Old Town, a Mexican and New Mexican restaurant with a garden patio, and Tablao Flamenco, an intimate performance space that hosts live flamenco shows in partnership with the National Institute of Flamenco.
