Our Fort Greene location is a one-of-a-kind venue with a modern Brooklyn loft feel that's woven with warmth and character. Shell's Loft Fort Greene features three beautiful, light-filled spaces decked out with Shell's signature decor and our biggest plants (and indoor trees!) yet. Offering about 12,000 square feet of exhibition space in a converted industrial warehouse, Faurschou New York, is located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The Faurschou Foundation was established in 2011 by Mr. Faurschou after decades as gallery owner focusing on international contemporary art. Faurschou New York and Chef Refslund represent a perfect partnership, as they compliment each other’s stunning collections of inspirations. Terroir represents the sum of natural forces: soil condition, sun, wind, and rain. When we eat food that expresses terroir, we feel connected to a particular area of land and sea, and its unique characteristics, and by extension, to the people that live there, their struggles and sensibilities. Thus, Chef Refslund’s menus feature a naturalistic and hyperseasonal cuisine, with a clearly defined focus on vegetables indigenous to the region, seasonal bounty and honoring the Earth’s cycles.

The building includes a first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height.
