VENUE 808 is a one-of-a-kind venue housed within the historic 1933 TR Produce warehouse, located directly across from Petco Park in San Diego's East Village neighborhood. The expansive venue features a built-in bar, sunken cocktail lounge, underground speakeasy, multiple furnished lofts, a vintage farmhouse, and a grove of real olive trees! VENUE 808 can host a maximum of 1,000 standing/cocktail guests or 300 seated guests. Tables and Chairs for 140 guests are included. The Soap Factory is a unique event venue situated in a historic 1930s Pacific Bell building located in Logan Heights. Chronos Hall is Modern Times’ most massive and grandest event space, now open in East Village San Diego. Del Mar Social is an open-air warehouse-style event space with a custom bar and outdoor seating. We have a capacity of 600, offer the use of 10 tables, 30 chairs, barstools WiFi, and free parking! Del Mar Social is unique in that we are a hands-on venue that comes with your own event planner to ease the stress of planning an event and to help make your event that much more special!

Green Acre Campus Pointe features approximately 20,000 square-feet of distinctive meeting and event space. The venue offers accommodations for up to 250 guests throughout multi-function rooms including a private dining room, chef’s table, atrium room, aquarium dining room and expansive outdoor dining space. Three private conference rooms and pre-function areas are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, on-site organic gardens, an event lawn and a billiards room.
