The Great Hall, a New York City landmark located in lower Manhattan, is an Italian neo-renaissance masterpiece that is a New York City Landmark. This magnificent space, designed by Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921, boasts 65-foot-high ceilings, soaring marble columns, magnificent inlaid floors, and murals painted by Ezra Winter, among other features. With its four-generation tradition of cuisine and service, the venue is the ideal complement to any elegant social, charitable, or corporate event. The Cunard Building was designed by architect Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921. The grandly presented maritime theme emphasizes the power and reach of the Cunard Line when its new headquarters opened in 1919, at a time when New York had grown to become the world's largest city and busiest port, as well as the world's largest city and busiest port. After passing through the opulent vestibule and great hall, which was inspired by ancient Roman baths and where transatlantic voyages on liners like the Queen Mary and the two Queen Elizabeths were booked, visitors are greeted by a grand staircase. A decorative program centered on shipping themes was developed in collaboration with muralist Ezra Winter, and as a result, the lobby is adorned with starfish, seahorses, shells, and sirens, as well as the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria, three sailing ships used by Christopher Columbus on his voyages to the New World.

The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. It features unparalleled audiovisual equipment and capabilities including built-in video cameras, and sound . The sophisticated ceiling spotlights can transform this room from a well-lit meeting space to a stunning dramatic setting for dinner. Peterson Hall is connected to the House by a marble hallway. Chef James Kent's first solo project – two restaurant concepts in the landmark building 70 Pine Street –spans five stories including the Art Deco building’s 66th floor, a former observation deck. The two private salons on the 62nd floor can be reserved privately or combined. SAGA (2 Michelin Star restaurant) features two floors dedicated to private dining, each with windows that frame views of the city skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. The rooms range in size, accommodating business dinners and board meetings, wedding receptions, film productions, and media events. In addition to the dedicated private dining rooms, both SAGA and Overstory– SAGA's cocktail bar with a wraparound terrace–are available for partial evening and full buyouts. The terraces has full bar service in the summer for elegant parties in the daylight and heated seating across the terraces for chilly summer evenings. The most coveted PDR of the NYC is the jewel box almost entirely made of glass overhanging on the 64th floor - off the SAGA kitchen where Kent and his team are seen presenting the dishes.
