The McKinney Center occupies a renovated 1940 schoolhouse in Jonesborough, Tennessee that served as the town's Black grade school until integration in 1964. Operated through Jonesborough's Mary B. Martin Program for the Arts, the center preserves the building's history from the Booker T. Washington School while running it today as a multicultural arts education hub and community gathering space. The center's auditorium and classroom spaces are available for rent for weddings, receptions, anniversary parties, reunions, corporate dinners, awards ceremonies, meetings, and seminars. A 2012 renovation brought the facility modern conveniences — Wi-Fi, accessible restrooms, and a catering kitchen — while retaining its vintage character, including a stage, wood floors, and tall schoolhouse windows. Rental fees include tables, chairs, and set-up and breakdown, giving planners a straightforward path from booking to event day at a venue that doubles as a piece of local heritage.

The Clayton Center for the Arts is a state-of-the-art performance and event facility on the campus of Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. Its two connected buildings hold a mix of theaters, a recital hall, and gathering spaces that give planners a range of settings for weddings, receptions, banquets, and corporate events under one roof. The William Baxter Lee III Grand Foyer, a soaring multi-level atrium, seats up to 250 guests for a banquet or holds up to 450 for a standing reception, making it a favorite for wedding receptions and galas. Just outside, The Plaza offers an outdoor courtyard setting with a fountain, well suited to a ceremony or alfresco reception for up to 400. For more intimate gatherings, the Haslam Family Flexible Theatre is a black-box space that can be configured for ceremonies and events of up to 200, while the Fulmer Family Special Events Room offers balcony-level views of downtown Maryville for groups up to 40. Maryville College's Campus Event Operations team manages bookings and provides on-site event staff, basic technical services, and in-house catering for events held at the Clayton Center.

Nashville City Club is a private membership club founded in 1957, housed in a historic downtown Nashville building dating to the 1930s. It is one of the oldest private membership clubs in the city and has built a longstanding community of business professionals and executives around fine dining, networking, and events. The club's special events team hosts weddings, private events, and corporate meetings, comfortably accommodating up to 200 guests. In-house culinary professionals craft menus for each event while event specialists design packages suited to the occasion, from wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners to bridal showers, anniversary parties, and corporate functions. Bluff Mountain Inn is a five-acre private estate in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, part of the Bluff Mountain Weddings collection, which has hosted weddings in the area for nearly 20 years. The property is built around a full-weekend destination wedding experience, giving couples exclusive access to the entire estate rather than a single room or day. The centerpiece is the Barn, a 2,400-square-foot covered space with open-air windows on three sides and sides that roll down for weather protection, making it suited to both indoor and outdoor-style receptions for up to 150 guests. It's outfitted with a serving station, chairs, tables, linens, audio equipment, outdoor heaters, ceiling fans, a vintage chandelier, and a stage area for a DJ or band. For ceremonies, the Country Chapel offers a more traditional setting: built in 2007 and modeled after the vintage chapels of Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains, it seats around 75 people in pews imported from a church in West Virginia. Smaller gatherings of 50 or fewer can use the climate-controlled Garden Reception Room, which opens through large doors onto a deck that can double as a dance floor. Beyond the event spaces, the estate includes a private bridal suite for hair and makeup, a groom's lounge with a bar, game room, and pool table, and on-site lodging with six bedrooms and six bathrooms so the wedding party can stay through the weekend.

The Stables at Husk is a private dining and events area that is housed in our historic carriage house. This venue provides guests with the opportunity to participate in a unique and exclusive Husk experience. The Stables is a cozy ambiance that is perfect for any event because it has its own kitchen, bathroom, and patio that is separate from the main restaurant. The room is large enough to accommodate up to 16 guests for brunch service, 28 guests for a meal served at tables, or 30 to 35 guests for a cocktail party that is standing only. For parties with a size that exceeds the capacity of our private dining area, we are able to provide a buyout of the entire restaurant, including the main house. The Neighborhood Dining Group's Husk restaurant is changing people's conceptions of what it means to cook and dine in Nashville. In the heart of Downtown Nashville, in the neighborhood of Rutledge Hill, and only a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, is where you'll find it. The menu at Husk delves into a cuisine that is driven by the ingredients and begins with the rediscovery of heirloom items. At Husk, there are limitations placed on the types of foods that can be served on the plate. If it does not come from the south, it will not be able to enter the building. The end result is a cuisine that, rather than attempting to rediscover Southern cookery, investigates the authenticity of Southern food. Etch is the ideal venue for hosting private dining events, whether you're planning a business meeting or a cocktail celebration. Etch can accommodate up to 30 guests at a time. There are two private dining rooms available, each with its own exclusive menu and complimentary access to the Internet. To reserve one of our private event venues, you will need to fill out a contract and satisfy a minimum threshold for the amount of food and beverages you will serve. On Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m., there are a limited number of seating options available in the Encore Room; however, both rooms are available for lunch and supper parties. It is possible to reserve a private dining area for either 2.5 or 3.5 hours at a time. You are required to make arrangements at the time of booking if you require more time for your event, and those arrangements are subject to availability.
