In recent history, the property was home to the Sautee Nacoochee Vineyard, which was one of the first wineries in north Georgia. Tourists came from all over the country to sample the wines and learn more about the 1.5-acre vineyard. They also enjoyed live music in the amphitheater, as well as the breathtaking views and refreshing breezes provided by the mountains. The grape vines are still there, and we are in the process of reopening this once highly sought-after destination. Cross Creek Plantation is a private club and event venue in Seneca, South Carolina, built around a P.B. Dye-designed golf course that opened in 1990. The property takes its name from three creeks — Perkins, Reedy Fork, and Coneross — that wind through what was once rolling farmland, and its 15,000-square-foot clubhouse now anchors weddings, receptions, and corporate gatherings alongside the club's golf and social life. The clubhouse offers a variety of areas for hosting events, from the upstairs Plantation View Room and its adjoining veranda to the downstairs Bogey Bar and Grill with its own veranda. A uniform and linen factory transformed into a spacious event space. Since 1994, we have operated as a family-owned company. I grew up with my parents who owned and ran a uniform and linen firm that is still in business now. When they launched a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee in 2001, they catered to some of the most elite clientele in the greater Atlanta region. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia, we learnt all about the ins and outs of being gracious in the hospitality business. In 2016, we sold the company, and in 2017, we renamed the space Factory Atlanta to reflect the new ownership. Ideally, we would like to collaborate with people who have a clear picture in mind for their project, their special day, or their milestone event. The Showroom is 2400 square feet and can accommodate events of up to 100 people. The glass garage door provides views of the spectacular railroad lines in the back and has enough space to accommodate a truck or a car. A lasting impression on your guests will be created by the Showroom. The Factory Floor provides you with 5600 square feet of creative flexibility. The conference room accommodates up to 100 guests, with the decks providing room for an additional 50.
