The gorgeous Beaux Arts building has been fully restored with 174 comfy bedrooms. The Last Bookstore is California’s largest used and new book and record store. The name was chosen with irony, but seems more appropriate with each passing day as physical bookstores die out like dinosaurs from the meteoric impact of Amazon and e-books. With an adaptable audience area of 6000 sq. ft., we offer a full-service venue for any variety of event — literary, musical, theatrical, etc. We book events that have natural draws of 50-500 people.

In summer 2021, Girl & the Goat went west for sunny skies and new culinary adventures. Chef Stephanie Izard and her team are thrilled to be part of LA’s vibrant restaurant community and take advantage of the area’s incredible bounty of produce and long growing seasons. While Girl & the Goat shares the global influence and bold flavors of its Chicago flagship, the culinary team is always crafting new dishes inspired by California produce and local flavors.

Beautiful and newly renovated space just a block off Beverly Hills with a beautiful and green outdoor patio that comfortably seats 10 (if you bring your own tables or we bring inside tables outside we could fit 30 people outside in a row!). The space is a café with comfortable brown leather seats, tiled flooring and typical office lights above (which can give off harsh lighting). However! We are happy to help you transform this space into anything you dream of - just ask us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible. Like bringing softer lighting for a dinner. Our cashier counter can easily be turned into a bar or a serving station of any kind! A beautiful wooden and rustic look for your event.

LA’s modern, chef-driven steakhouse Baltaire is available for full buyouts with a capacity of 289. Baltaire’s private dining room can accommodate up to 48 guests, and can be divided into two smaller spaces, with a capacity of 30 or 18. Equipped with an outdoor fireplace and retractable roof, Baltaire’s terrace is also available for private parties, with seating for up to 90. Baltaire can also accomodate smaller semi-private groups.
