ROOFTOP AREA Our beautiful rooftop area flows directly from the indoor space and is bounded on one side by a gorgeously lit water feature and a stunning view of downtown Houston. This part of the space is perfect for an outdoor ceremony or cocktails. Its a space that is very conducive to guests having a great time and relaxing at your event. WEATHER While we've been amazingly fortunate with good weather on the majority of our events, we do have to be realistic and have backup plans for inclement weather. That's why we have an arrangement with ACME rentals for tents and canopies as needed, available at an additional charge. We also have patio heaters to rent in the colder months so no matter what comes, your event goes off beautifully.

For your event, we offer an ivy-covered events venue, two lush courtyards, and three furnished landmark residences – all situated on a half-acre in Houston’s Historic Heights District. Events Venue The 2,200 SF space includes the main studio space featuring exposed tile block and 16 large window sets, 14-foot high ceilings, large wooden and iron doors, as well as a ‘caterers’ kitchen and 2 ADA bathrooms. The venue looks out on the front courtyard, steps away from Yale House and the back courtyard, allowing for twinned indoor/outdoor receptions. Guest Houses Perfect for weddings and reunions, our boutique-style guesthouses accommodate up to 9 couples in Yale House, The Little Bungalow, and the Carriage House.
