Shoal Creek Living History Museum occupies 80 acres within Hodge Park in Kansas City, Missouri. Established in 1975, the museum features twenty-one structures — including seventeen authentic log cabins and homes relocated from surrounding counties — dating from 1807 to 1885. The grounds are open dawn to dusk for self-guided walking tours, with picnicking and trail access available year-round. Operated by the Shoal Creek Association, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the museum is dedicated to historical preservation and community education. During special events, re-enactors bring the nineteenth-century village to life with demonstrations and historical skits. The museum welcomes private bookings for weddings, Victorian teas, school programs, guided tours, and commercial or private museum rentals.

Llywelyn's Pub in Webster Groves is a Celtic-inspired neighborhood pub rooted in a tradition that stretches back to the original Central West End location, which opened in 1975. Situated at 17 West Moody Avenue, the Webster Groves outpost brings the same convivial spirit to the south suburbs — with a menu of Celtic-inspired dishes, fish and chips, and signature pub fare alongside more than 30 craft beers on tap and an extensive whiskey and cocktail program. For private gatherings, the pub offers two dedicated rooms, each with its own full-service bar and closing doors that separate the space from the main pub floor. The Pub Room accommodates up to 80 guests seated or 125 standing, featuring a brick and wood interior, five HDTVs with HDMI connectivity, two steel-tipped dart boards, and a private restroom. The McPherson Room seats up to 60 and holds 65 standing, with all low-top seating and bar seating for up to eight guests. Both rooms are wheelchair accessible and well suited for birthday parties, team celebrations, and casual group gatherings alike.
