Large, light-filled professional custom event space in the iconic Starrett-Lehigh building in the gallery district of West Chelsea. Moments from Hudson Yards, the High Line, the West Side Highway and Hudson River Greenway, Javits Center, Chelsea Piers, and the Meatpacking District. 2,400 sf main space ('shooting space' on attached floorplan), including a 20'x8' glass-walled room which can be used as a client office, conference room, or coat check. Wraparound windows with northern and eastern exposure, with 12.5' high ceilings, and individual blackout blinds in each window for total light customization. Perfect for castings, panels and discussions, showrooms, team-building events. Multiple passenger and freight elevators including truck fright elevator, hi-speed wireless internet, surround-sound stereo system with adjustable volume controls in each area of the studio, private bathroom, and huge full-service kitchen. Main event space, bathroom, and kitchen can be separated from the production offices where the studio staff work for total client privacy. Pets welcome!

Al Coro is a restaurant designed for special occasions. The main dining room can accommodate parties of up to ten people. Each night there is live music. Larger events can be accommodated in a number of private rooms. The menu has meals that take some artistic license in addition to regional Italian cookery. A array of little morsels called aperitivi is served before the main course, antipasti, two pasta courses, and desserts. A condensed 5-course menu is available for $195 per person or the full 7-course menu costs $245. The menu is updated every six weeks, and while we don't post the entire list, you can get a sneak peek at some of the dishes on our Instagram at @alcoro.nyc if you can't stand the anticipation! Our main dining area has a private room that can accommodate up to 12 people on the mezzanine. For exclusive gatherings, underground private dining rooms may accommodate 180 people. Up to 200 people can be seated in the main dining room comfortably, and up to 1000 people can attend standing celebrations.

Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers are teaming up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways. We hope that the palette and projects offered within Color Factory will connect you to the colorful moments around New York and in your own daily life.

Hawksmoor was inspired by childhood memories of how good steak could taste. Founders Will Beckett and Huw Gott (friends since they were 11) opened the first Hawksmoor restaurant on London’s Commercial Street in 2006. More restaurants in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, New York, Liverpool and Dublin followed.
