The l'escale restaurant provides all of the catering services. In addition to being located at the top of the hotel's grand staircase, the private DELAMAR Boardroom is also easily accessible from both the Library and the restaurant. The DELAMAR Boardroom in Greenwich, Connecticut, is an ideal setting for high-level corporate meetings because of its discreet location and capacity of up to sixteen participants. The boardroom is furnished with luxurious leather high-back chairs and a table that was custom built for the space. This elegant meeting space is equipped with contemporary amenities such as cutting-edge audiovisual equipment, fine crystal glassware, leather blotters, and signature pens. The Antibes Ballroom, which measures 2,000 square feet and has an adjoining private waterfront terrace, is ideal for larger groups. A smaller party of 15 to 200 guests can be accommodated in the Ballroom, which can be divided into two smaller rooms, "Half Antibes" and "Deauville." Large glass doors connect both rooms to the waterfront terrace, which extends the entire length of the building's length. The terrace is planted with herbs and plants native to southern France, which fills the air with a fragrant scent that transports you back in time. A wrought iron "tonnel" is thatched with bamboo to dapple the sunlight and provide shade for your guests during the warm summer months. Located just a few steps from the terrace is our 500-foot private dock, which can accommodate yachts and boats to transport guests to and from your event...or to transport them away afterward.

It has 27' High Peaks, Amazing HVAC & Ventilation, 3 12'x14' Glass Garage Doors that open to a 1,200 Sq Ft deck on the river with Lawn Access, 2 Green Rooms, 7 Gender Neutral Bathrooms, 500 sq ft catering area, natural wood floors and ample parking. During your stay at the Lord Thompson Manor, we will provide you and your guests with a private environment in which you can use the Manor and Cottage House for your Rehearsal Dinner, Late Night Gathering, Spa Treatment, Wedding Reception, After Party, and Farewell Breakfast over the weekend. In order to make each of these Wedding weekend events truly extraordinary, we believe that four key elements must be present: food, staff, on-site planning and coordination, and romance. When it comes to a wedding reception at the Lord Thompson Manor, the flow is designed to create a party atmosphere rather than a traditional "sit-down" reception style. Starting with a Champagne toast, which is typically held on our Side Garden Balcony following your ceremony, your reception will get underway! Following the toast, cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres are served throughout the Manor, encouraging your guests to mingle and explore the grounds of the estate. Your guests will be seated in the Dining Rooms for a dinner that will include our Chef's Duo Entree Plate. After only about an hour, we begin the first dance, Cake Cutting, or any other formalities you wish to include, in order to get your guests up and out of their dining tables and into the Conservatory for the reception. For the remainder of the Reception, the Music takes it away from you. Cake, coffee, and dessert are served at Stations, eliminating the need for your guests to return to their formal tables after the meal is finished. Your guests will be active participants throughout the evening rather than passive observers at their tables, which is exactly how we like our parties.
