Pinto’s Farm, located in Miami’s historic and luscious Redland countryside, is more than a family-owned and operated farm. The oolite limestone barn and home are meticulously maintained and have been lovingly preserved in every aspect. The property is still today a working native plant nursery. Massive live oak canopies, waterfalls, fish ponds, a sunken grotto, all naturally shaded and lined with rare palms, along with acres of manicured gardens are just some of the unique features “The Cooper Estate” has to offer. Flamingo Gardens is a 60 acre Botanical Garden and Everglades Wildlife Sanctuary. The Flamingo Gardens botanical gardens in Fort Lauderdale (Davie), FL, features over 3000 species of rare and exotic, tropical, subtropical, native plants, and trees. Flamingo Gardens wildlife sanctuary is home to the largest collection of Florida native wildlife, including alligators, bobcats, eagles, otters, panthers, peacock, and of course, flamingos! This 1926 construction (previously known as the Vintage Gymnasium) was renovated to maintain its original charm. The hefty wood beams, which appear to be frozen in time, still contain the markings of students who ventured to climb up and scrawl their names in chalk. The Fieldhouse was originally a separate structure that was linked to the Crest Theatre's backstage section during renovation. The original backboards are still in place, even though the Fieldhouse is no longer used for athletic activities. The loft, which previously housed bleacher seating for the "away" teams, now serves as a place to sit or showcase items. The former locker rooms have been transformed into luxurious restrooms. The Fieldhouse has become a popular location for private and community gatherings, as well as other creative endeavors. Old School Square offers a unique, historic setting for any occasion — from weddings, receptions, birthdays, reunions and mitzvahs… to corporate events, banquets and seminars. The 323-seat Crest Theatre, which is surrounded by six classrooms, the Ocean Breeze Room, which can be used for receptions or smaller seminars, and The Fieldhouse (formerly known as the Vintage Gym), which is popular for wedding receptions, trade shows, art/craft shows, parties, and themed corporate events, are just a few of the beautifully restored spaces.
