The property includes a reconstructed Manor House along with period gardens, stables, and outbuildings that reflect Penn's original vision for the site as both a family home and a center of colonial governance. For weddings and private events, Pennsbury Manor's grounds host outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and parties for up to 500 guests on weekends from May through October, set against river views and the estate's historic gardens and structures. The Powelton Club is a private country club established in 1882 in Balmville, New York, set on a 100-acre property overlooking the Hudson River and the Hudson Highlands, approximately 50 miles north of New York City. Founded as the Powelton Lawn Tennis Club and a charter member of the United States Lawn Tennis Association, the club has been welcoming members and their guests for more than 140 years. The current clubhouse — a red brick building designed by Francis Abreu and completed in 1930 — serves as the setting for weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and nonprofit events. The Golden Pheasant Inn is a historic riverside inn and restaurant in Erwinna, Pennsylvania, set along the Delaware River and the old canal towpath in Bucks County. The property traces back to 1811, when Waterman's Inn was built to serve farmers hauling grain along the river road; the current main building dates to 1856, rebuilt after fire destroyed the original tavern, and the inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Jack Thompson's family purchased the property in 2019 and reopened it in 2020. The inn offers French-inspired cuisine served in a handful of distinct spaces: a fireplace-warmed dining room, a solarium with canal and river views, and a stone canal patio and bistro garden shaded by trees.
