Above The Heights is a newly built 13,000+ SF private event space in Upper Manhattan’s premier 23-story mixed-use tower – Radio 181. Located on the 12th floor with two outdoor terraces with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and George Washington Bridge, the event space can host a variety of occasions from conferences, product launches, and corporate galas to weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, mitzvahs for up to 500 guests. The main space is light-filled with an outdoor terrace that can host up to 300 guests and an adjacent indoor/outdoor space (fully operational as a bar and pre-function area on its own or in conjunction with the main event space) that can host up to 150 guests. Nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the West Village, this multi-level storefront event space is a spacious 2,000 sf gallery with 20 ft ceilings. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area. The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display. The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. On event day, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges, along with the use of our in-house furniture, state-of-the-art technology equipment, and breakout and common area rooms. We customize each event and meeting hosted here, meaning the total event fee is based off your specific event needs and consists of a flat-rate venue fee plus a per person catering package. Food and beverage services are provided by our in-house catering team through Legends Hospitality.
