Today, the property offers an outdoor mountain wedding setting at elevation, surrounded by aspen and pine groves with 12,000-foot peaks as backdrop and the Eagle River running through the site. The venue accommodates up to 250 guests across two distinct spaces: a ceremony island set on the Eagle River featuring log benches, a four-post wooden arch, and a PA sound system, and a 40-by-80-foot white-frame reception tent with wood-stamped concrete flooring, festival lights, a full-ceiling white liner, and forced-air heat. Two complimentary log cabins — each with two bedrooms, a full bath, and a kitchen — are included with all bookings.
