King + Duke, a chef-owned restaurant from Atlanta’s Ford Fry, offers a seasonal dining experience in the heart of Buckhead. A 24-foot open hearth is the restaurant’s centerpiece, and our passion for cooking over wood comes through in every dish. Named after characters in Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, King + Duke nods to classic literature and American traditions. The locally sourced dishes harken back to the way food used to be prepared: cooking over fire is a primitive technique that lets the ingredients speak for themselves. Parties of up to 14 people can be accommodated in the private Drawing Room, which can be hired with a preset or open menu. This totally enclosed area is located on the upper floor and has historic oil paintings, plush chairs, a built-in library, and a flat-screen television that is accessible for use if desired. In combination with a spectacular wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a music system with individual volume control, this space creates an enticingly pleasurable atmosphere. There is a meal and beverage minimum requirement. To accommodate special events, the restaurant can be closed to the general public for your convenience. The restaurant's complete dining room, bar, and patio area will be purchased as part of the transaction. Our facility can accommodate a seated lunch or supper event for up to 100 people. Cocktail-style events with up to 120 people can be served with passing or stationed appetizers from our extensive menu choices. For buy-out events, there is a food and beverage minimum that is determined by the day of the week and the time of day the event is held. We constantly chip in, whether it's managing truck unloads, climbing ladders to assist with a décor, or cleaning up "oopses" before anyone notices. When you've got a lot on your mind, having an additional hand, especially an experienced extra hand, is invaluable. There is more than enough space to craft your dreams with another 25,000 square feet of available leasing space. Our industrial environment is more adaptable than you may believe. Ambient+ also rents out cameras, lighting, and grip. Ambient gives you the best of both worlds without the hefty price tag, similar to dropping a New York apartment in sunny California. Ambient includes nearly 10,000 square feet of hardwood floors, big industrial windows, a massive cyc-wall, and roll-in access, and was designed by a photographer. 910. This studio was created about that time. That was over a century ago. Prior to the sinking of the Titanic. Before the First World War. Of course, they had no idea it was going to be a studio when they built it. They believed they'd constructed a plant that would turn raw cotton into fire-resistant garments. And they did so for a total of 84 years. After that, there were a few years of hand-wringing, followed by a few years of neglect and abandonment. They finally handed it up to Jason Ivany in 2007. Just before the 100th anniversary, he got it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be.
