Minneapolis City Hall and Hennepin County Courthouse is a Richardsonian Romanesque landmark in downtown Minneapolis, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built between 1887 and 1906 by Long and Keys Architects, the building occupies an entire city block and stands as one of the most architecturally distinguished civic structures in Minnesota. It was also the first government building in America with floors supported independently of partitions — a structural innovation that allowed its interior to evolve across more than a century of civic life. The five-story Rotunda is the heart of the building's event offerings. Adorned with stained glass windows and home to the Father of Waters — a marble sculpture from the same Carrara quarries used by Michelangelo, weighing more than 14,000 pounds — the Rotunda accommodates up to 250 guests. The building's 345-foot clock tower houses four clock faces measuring 23 feet 6 inches in diameter, and a 15-bell carillon that chimes on holidays. The venue hosts weddings, receptions, corporate events, and seminars Wednesday through Sunday. In-house catering, a bridal changing room, and full accessibility are all included.

The building's six-story glass atrium — known as the Commons — welcomes roughly one million visitors each year and creates a dramatic sense of arrival for any gathering held within its walls. Pohlad Hall, the library's second-floor auditorium, offers fixed theater-style seating for 235 guests along with a full complement of built-in AV equipment, including a projector and screen, a podium with integrated microphone, and wireless microphones — making it a natural fit for lectures, corporate presentations, and performances. Beyond the main hall, more than 14 meeting rooms accommodate smaller groups and breakout sessions. Historic artifacts woven throughout the building add depth to any event: a 1,700-pound bronze Minerva sculpture that has stood since 1889, and a wooden archway rescued from the original 1889 Ladies Reading Room. The library's scale and architectural character make it an unusual and memorable backdrop for professional and civic gatherings in the heart of the city.

In a converted warehouse dating from 1897, this upscale hotel in the trendy Warehouse District is an 8-minute walk from Target Field light rail station, a mile from the landmark Guthrie Theater and 4 miles from the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. Featuring custom furnishings, local art, and original timber or brickwork, the warm, eclectic rooms have free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus rainfall showers and bars. From our immediate Linden Hills neighborhood to our larger metro area and beyond, our aim is to provide a comfortable, creative environment to foster meaningful and lasting connections. Since 1975 we’ve been proud to call the Linden Hills neighborhood of south Minneapolis home. Our business has gone through several chapters of growth since then, and what used to be just a humble bottle shop in a defunct gas station has grown to include a foods business with a cut-to-order cheese counter, whole animal butcher shop, curated gourmet grocery, scratch deli, robust catering program, and a beautiful event space for classes and private events.​

Whether you are having a small meeting or a large event, our beautiful, spacious building, located on historic Summit Avenue in St. Paul, has a variety of rooms to meet all of your needs at a very affordable rate. Depending on the room and style of set-up that you choose, we can fit anywhere from 20-470 people. We also have AV equipment, podiums, microphones, LCD projectors available to you at no charge. There is ample, free off-street parking located in our private parking lot, and there is also plenty of street parking near our building.

The Blaisdell is a Georgian mansion built in 1915 and situated in the Washburn-Fair Oaks Historic District of South Minneapolis. The venue has anchored the local bridal community since the 1930s; a ballroom addition followed in the 1950s, and comprehensive renovations completed in 2017 brought the property to its current form under new ownership. The interior pairs century-old character with a modern event canvas. Soaring 18-foot ceilings, skylights, a traditional front parlor, and a subterranean lounge with a custom bar define the building's distinct personality, while the grand ballroom offers an endlessly customizable layout for events of up to 225 seated guests.
