The Fire Pitch is Chicago’s premier indoor/outdoor community soccer facility. Owned and operated by Chicago Fire FC, the Fire Pitch features a full-service restaurant and bar featuring a private events room and outdoor patio. These spaces can be reserved individually for groups as small as 10 guests or combined to accommodate up to 450 guests during the summer months. The Fire Pitch's event spaces have hosted everything from birthday parties and graduations to holiday celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs and more. The Fire Pitch also features two full-size turf soccer fields that are open-air during the summer months and covered with a temperature-controlled dome in the winter. Depending on availability, field time can be added to any event for a unique guest experience.

While the location is new, Eden is still focused on the same approach of using garden-fresh, seasonal ingredients from our upgraded on-site greenhouse and local farms. We have also expanded our menu to include breakfast and lunch options to provide convenient and delicious options throughout the day. Eden is ever-evolving, with a menu that embraces seasonal flavors that cultivate inside our on-site greenhouse or sourced locally from farmers and purveyors. With Partner & Chief Culinary Officer Devon Quinn at the helm, private dining available, market items & home goods, and a bar with specialty crafted cocktails, eden is unlike any other restaurant in Chicago. Eden focuses on a minimal use of ingredients, with an approach based on restraint and subtraction. These ingredients are curated by the chefs on a daily and weekly basis through our own farming or local markets and farms. Utilizing our greenhouse, we grow plants and flowers that add beauty and robust, clean flavors. Being active in farmers’ markets and going to farms, the chefs are able to see, touch, and smell ingredients to select items of the highest quality. Guild Row is a place where the creative and civic minded connect. Located in Avondale along the Rockwell Corridor, our facility is designed to accommodate a wide range of events for groups large and small. Built around an open air courtyard, the Guild Row campus features a teaching kitchen, a woodshop, a live fire cooking station, a members lounge with a full café and bar, a co-working space, a small library, and an ultra-flexible dynamic space perfect for gatherings and events of all kinds. Our facility boasts high volume spaces, industrial aesthetics and bespoke hand-hewn details. Each room at Guild Row has a unique personality drawn from its historic past and artisanal capacities. Private bookings include local control of temperature, sound & lighting systems, and overhead doors that connect each interior room to our exterior courtyard. Guild Row started when three people decided to build something together. Beginning in 2016, Mike Healy, Jim Lasko and Elyse Agnello met around Jim's kitchen table on Tuesday nights for nearly two years. They hosted local thinkers, tinkerers, bakers, bankers, entrepreneurs, and makers until they came to see the contours of a unique place where craft and concern for the social good coalesced. Guild Row was born at the intersection of their experience: a building, designed by daam, an architecture and design firm founded by Agnello; filled with programming curated by Lasko who made his name as the director of Chicago's renowned red moon theater, a company committed to wild, participatory spectacles; and woven thoughtfully into a dynamic neighborhood under the guidance of Healy, an award-winning urban planner regarded for his ability to distill complex problems to actionable steps.

Kuma’s Corner OG is a unique Chicago event venue located in the Avondale neighborhood at 2900 W Belmont Ave. Established in 2005, the original Kuma’s Corner is known for its legendary burgers, craft beer, heavy metal atmosphere and unmistakable Chicago personality. Available for private and semi-private events, Kuma’s Corner OG offers a memorable alternative to traditional Chicago event venues. The space is ideal for corporate events, company parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, cocktail parties, private celebrations and group dining. Chicago Theater Works is available for rental and is the perfect venue for a unique event. We love parties, fundraisers, film screenings, wedding receptions, corporate off-site and more… Our facility can accommodate up to 180 for a sit-down dinner, play, recital, screening… to 200+ for a stand-up reception. ​ Furnishings: We have 220 black banquet chairs, six 24” rounds, twenty 48” rounds, six 60” rounds, a buffet table and several 6’ tables and two high-tops. We also have six sections of 12’ pipe with black drape. ​ Food and Beverage: Northshore Catering is our in-house caterer and they are amazing. You are welcome to work with them or bring in your own food. For catering we have a staging kitchen with 3-compartment sink, commercial refrigerator, ice maker, convection oven, microwave and stainless prep table. There is an extra charge for using the kitchen. We require that all beverage be purchased through our full bar. Our prices range from $3 for soft drinks, $6 to 8 for beer, $7 to 9 for spirits and $6 to 9 for wine. We can do a host bar or cash or credit for guests. Sound, Lights, Stage and Tech: The space features a 16’ x 10’ stage with a simple light plot, board and spotlight. We have video projection capabilities and a wide format screen. We also have several wired and wireless microphones and a plug in play sound system. The venue also has wifi. Depending on the extent of your tech needs there may be an extra charge to have our tech person on-site. Location: We are located in Lakeview on Belmont between Sheffield and Racine. We are two blocks east of the Red, Brown and Purple lines. We are also on multiple 27/7 bus routes. A nearby parking lot is available for an extra charge. The venue has two large bathrooms and two private, unisex bathrooms. There is also a dressing room with iron, steamer, washer and dryer. We always have a staff member and, if needed, bartender available for your event.

Bookclub is a multi-floor venue experience featuring Club Soda, a Hard Seltzer Bar on the ground floor and a beautiful stage downstairs. Events happening in the basement are broadcast to a 10ft LED screen in Club Soda on what we call the Digital Balcony.

Redfield Estate combines the beauty of nature and history nestled on the grounds of The Grove Nature Preserve - a 150+ acre National Historic Landmark on Chicago's North Shore. Capacity up to 120 guests May - October, and 50 - 100 guests November - April. Rental rates are $650 - $4,350 + based on date and time. Catering: Choose from eight contracted catering companies to assist you with planning your event, including your menu, bar, service staff, linen, all necessary equipment to produce your event, and complete ceremony and reception setup/breakdown. Full service catering is required at Redfield Estate, averaging $120-$175 + per person in addition to the rental fee. Private rentals include: the Redfield Estate vintage 1920's home with original windows, fireplace and dressing rooms; a covered outdoor pavilion seating up to 120 with dimmable lighting, a stone fireplace, electric window shades, and bistro lights twinkling above in the trees. Manicured grounds with an abundance of seasonally filled urns surround the estate, and a gazebo tucked into the forest is perfect for ceremonies. Tables, chairs, and free parking are included.

We can accommodate a range of parties, including milestone birthdays, weddings, business gatherings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and more, thanks to our versatile setup, state-of-the-art lighting, and professional sound system. On one of our top-of-the-line microphones, you can give a heartfelt speech, project a slideshow or video, eat great appetizers and supper from Union Pizza, and sip on one of our many creative cocktail selections from the bar. Thousands of local and national touring performers have performed at SPACE over the last decade, including The Lumineers, Alabama Shakes, Graham Parker, Nick Lowe, David Lindley, The Weepies, Dr. John, Lucinda Williams, and many more. The recording studio has served as a creative environment for bands like The Strumbellas and The Lone Bellow to record, and it also provides a unique opportunity for musicians passing through to rehearse and collaborate prior to their performance. From folk to rock to jazz and beyond, SPACE delivers seated and standing-room-only concerts in a range of genres. A candle-lit cabaret table and general admission seats can easily seat 240 people, while standing room only concerts may hold 330 people. SPACE prides itself on creating an intimate venue for fans of all ages to get up-close-and-personal with their favorite acts, regardless of the performance format. 16" on Center, a Chicago-based development business that handles the operations of more than 15 restaurants and venues, including Thalia Hall in Pilsen and The Empty Bottle in the Ukrainian Village, is delighted to be a part of Evanston SPACE. SPACE has been named on DownBeat Magazine's, 93XRT's, and Chicago Tribune's finest venue lists. SPACE honored ten years of live music in 2018 with the inaugural "Out of Space" series, a complete summer of outdoor performances hosted by 93XRT in some of Evanston's most treasured spots. The concerts took place this summer at Canal Shores, an 18-hole golf course that opened in 1919 in Evanston; Temperance Beer Co., SPACE's neighbor one mile west on Dempster since 2013; and the Big Evanston Block Party, located just north of the venue and one block east of the Dempster Purple Line stop. SPACE closed its doors in the spring of 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and shifted its focus to creative, safe, and socially detached concert experiences. The Space Record Club matched new vinyl with local craft beer for fans' in-home listening enjoyment, while the To-Go Show series brought micro-concerts straight to Evanstonians' yards. From July to October, the Space Summer Stage hosted more than 80 performances by local and national touring artists under a large big top tent. SPACE hopes to continue exploring safe and exciting ways to serve Evanston through a range of performances, outdoor experiences, and community activities as we look to the future.
