City Market South breathes new life into the oldest wholesale produce market in Los Angeles, bringing world-class dining and cocktails, one-of-a-kind retail and Class-A creative office space to distinct buildings that all surround an open central plaza. Each space has been reimagined for the demanding business, adamant that the space they inhabit is a reflection of who they are, what they do and the quality of what they produce. City Market South is 75,000 SF of vintage, brick and bow truss warehouses and open plan concrete structures on 2.5 acres at the southern end of the original City Market wholesale produce center. The City Market of Los Angeles was founded in 1909 as a cooperative of farmers seeking a central distribution center in Los Angeles. These same founding families maintain ownership and control of the company to this day.

The Skyline Boho is the combination of three spaces. Located on the 6th floor, it features an open floor plan with dramatic sunset light coming through all the windows that can be separated into 3 areas. The combined size of the spaces is 5,600 sq. ft. with 11 feet high ceilings. It features gorgeous panoramic 270º city views with Northwest, West, and Southwest facing windows, concrete floors, multi-zone air conditioners, and an abundance of natural mid-day and sunset light. The entire studio is painted white for extra brightness. All the pictured furniture and decor are included.

Millwick has remade itself as a one-of-a-kind stand-alone super-loft open to live concerts, private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions, and productions. It was originally built as a livery and subsequently utilized as a cold-storage warehouse. It has a 7,000-square-foot floor plan (4,500-square-foot interior + 2,500-square-foot garden courtyard) that seamlessly blends interior and exterior spaces. Millwick is a fantastic event and wedding location that can accommodate up to 175 guests for live performances, ceremonies, and receptions. Millwick is conveniently located in the center of the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles, close to many of the city's top new and old hotels, restaurants, and nightlife. Millwick's calm urban sanctuary, a courtyard encircled by mature trees, drought tolerant planting, 20ft brick walls, and lush vertical gardens, is revealed through a discreet, modest garden entry that leads guests down a winding exposed aggregate path. Two enormous glass roll-up doors connect this outside garden to the grand hall. The courtyard is illuminated by energy-efficient lights and the stars of Los Angeles at night. Millwick's Grand Hall runs adjacent to its Garden Courtyard and is reached by two colossal glass rollup doors. Parts of the inside floors have been removed and replaced with unique specimens, creating an urban jungle feel. Soaring wooden bowstring truss ceilings frame nine huge skylights that hover 20 feet aloft. The exposed brick walls' 80-year-old patina has been kept, and it complements Tony Brown's series of wholly unique, hand-made gold ceramic tile walls. Millwick boasts a 25-foot digital cinema screen, as well as a hidden sound system, central mixing booth, and lighting system, all of which are perfect for live performances, film screenings, wrap parties, DJs, VJs, and ambient backgrounds.

Chef Stephanie Izard and her team are thrilled to be part of LA’s vibrant restaurant community and take advantage of the area’s incredible bounty of produce and long growing seasons. Our 4th Hoxton Hotel in the US is located in the heart of DTLA with amazing views of the old movie theatres and shops along Broadway. The Hoxton, Downtown LA is housed in the historic Los Angeles Transit Building, originally completed in 1922 by the Los Angeles Railway Corporation. The gorgeous Beaux Arts building has been fully restored with 174 comfy bedrooms. In addition to our cleverly designed rooms, The Hoxton, Downtown LA will feature meetings and event spaces like our stunning rooftop pool deck and restaurants, as well as The Apartment, with 4 private boardrooms featuring access to The Pantry which serves free snacks, coffee, tea, and water all day long. LOT 613 is a special event and film location comprised of two vintage warehouses and an adjoining courtyard encompassing 18,000 total square feet. LOT 613 holds a full liquor license, live entertainment, cabaret and dancehall permits as well as a full catering license. LOT 613 sits within a very unique hub of the Downtown LA Arts District, surrounded by well known landmark buildings such as the Biscuit Company and Toy Factory Lofts, restaurants like Bestia, Church & State and Urth Caffé, and local bars including Tony’s, Villains Tavern, Everson Royce and Little Bear. LOT 613 is the home of the PROTOTYPE series. "Café Basque Los Angeles is a love letter. Straddling the borders of France and Spain, wedged between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic, the Pays Basque (Basque Country) is fiercely independent and culturally and linguistically distinct from anywhere in the world. The cooking is joyful, generous and uncomplicated. Overflowing with excellent local products from the mountains and the sea, it has the particularity of being marked by the use of sweet and mildly hot peppers. Named after a town in the mountains above the port of St Jean de Luz, Espelette peppers were imported from central and south America in the 16th century and are a cornerstone of Basque cuisine in the same way that the American tomato has defined a large part of Italian cooking. Meanwhile, amid this rich culture and history, the Basque coast has been one of the world’s great surf destinations since the 1960s. Someone who writes a love letter is not necessarily a specialist on the subject and I do not pretend to be a specialist in Basque cooking. My love affaire is with France and its regions which have been an infinite source of inspiration to me for more than 20 years.
