Cape Ann's Marina Resort is a family-owned waterfront destination in Gloucester, Massachusetts, in continuous operation since 1972. The seven-acre property brings together a 30-room hotel with water-view balconies, a working marina with more than 275 boat slips, and Mile Marker One Restaurant & Bar — located about 45 minutes north of Boston at the start of the Intracoastal Waterway, a distinction the restaurant's name honors. Private events are hosted across multiple spaces on the property. The Compass Room, a year-round indoor venue on the second floor of Mile Marker One, seats up to 40 guests and offers panoramic views of the marina docks, salt marsh, and Annisquam River through large windows. The property also features an outdoor waterfront tent for larger celebrations.
