The park sits on Nixon Street alongside the historic Genoa Community Church, with three levels of landscaped grounds that include upper and lower grass areas, a white pergola, a picnic area, a children's playground, and modern restrooms. The ranch hosts Western weddings for 2 to 200 guests, with ceremony coordination, an on-site Justice-of-the-Peace, luncheon and dinner service in the Ranch House, and champagne surrey rides for the newlyweds. Activities including team penning, goat dressing, axe throwing, and slingshot shooting add to the Western experience. The Hillpointe Event Center is a 5,800-square-foot multipurpose event facility on the campus of Temple Sinai in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada. The space is configurable into two or three separate rooms, accommodating banquet seating for up to 320 guests or theater-style seating for more than 350. The venue is equipped for a range of celebrations and professional gatherings, from weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to corporate training and community events. Built-in amenities include a full-service kitchen available to outside caterers, an 18-by-18-foot dance floor, a full PA system with wireless microphones, a 150-inch LED projection screen with stage lighting, and a selection of round and rectangular tables with Shibari chairs. The Hay Barn, a restored historic structure managed by the City of Las Vegas, accommodates up to 250 guests for wedding receptions, banquets, and private celebrations. The adjacent Lakeside Courtyard and Courtyard Gazebo offers an outdoor setting for up to 275 guests, with pond views and mountain scenery as the backdrop. For larger gatherings, the combined spaces accommodate up to 550 guests. The venue permits outside licensed vendors for custom events, and weddings include up to one hour of complimentary rehearsal time prior to the ceremony. The Hay Barn was renovated to meet current accessibility standards in 2021.

The property features five ceremony spaces — the Grand Garden, Heritage Garden, Swan Garden, Waterfall Garden, and Lakeview Chapel — paired with three reception halls, together accommodating up to 225 guests. Each ceremony site has its own character: the Grand Garden centers on a lakeside gazebo within an elegant courtyard framed by statues and willow trees; the Heritage Garden features ivy-covered archways and a stone bridge leading to a lakeside altar; the Swan Garden places its gazebo directly over the water; the Waterfall Garden adds a six-foot cascading waterfall just behind the ceremony area; and the Lakeview Chapel offers an indoor setting with floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the lake. The venue offers all-inclusive, ceremony-only, and reception-only packages. Services available through the venue include catering, floral design, photography, videography, DJ, wedding cake, and champagne toast, all coordinated by on-site wedding professionals.

The Corley Ranch is a working cattle and hay ranch spanning nearly 300 acres in Nevada's Carson Valley, just outside Gardnerville. The property sits against open pasture with views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, including Job's Peak, with easy access from Reno, Carson City, and South Lake Tahoe. The ranch earned the "Excellence in Agri-Tourism 2013" award from Nevada's Reno-Tahoe Territory Tourism Commission for its distinctive combination of active ranching and public programming. For private events, the ranch offers an 1800s historic barn seating up to 120 guests — complete with a full bar area and dance floor — as well as outdoor space accommodating up to 200 guests with tables, chairs, and staff-handled setup and cleanup included. Outdoor facilities are available from May through late September. Overnight camping is available for select events.
