The club's design juxtaposes the structural foundation of the building formerly known as Temple Court, erected in 1883, with luxurious finishes and details, elevating the environment while maintaining its unique industrial essence. Open 4 days a week at 6pm, it is the perfect gathering point for early evening cocktails and light bites, with martini service and food offerings. The Durst Organization has created Well& by Durst for the many people who come together under our roofs to work, play, live and thrive. Well& by Durst is a constantly evolving experience designed to energize, inspire and connect our guests in a healthy and productive environment. Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. On event day, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges, along with the use of our in-house furniture, state-of-the-art technology equipment, and breakout and common area rooms. We customize each event and meeting hosted here, meaning the total event fee is based off your specific event needs and consists of a flat-rate venue fee plus a per person catering package. Food and beverage services are provided by our in-house catering team through Legends Hospitality.

What was once the first Chinese Opera House on the East Coast now houses contemporary Chinese restaurant, Chinese Tuxedo, and lively cocktail bar, Peachy’s. The split-level space was the headquarters for Chinatown’s notorious Tong wars in the early 1900’s and has been thoughtfully restored, incorporating midcentury touches while retaining historical details such as the original pillars, stripped-down walls and now-sealed secret tunnel entryways. The kitchen executes a flavorful, eclectic Chinese Banquet style menu complemented by inventive cocktails, a dynamic wine list and a selection of Chinese and American craft beers. 5 Doyers Street is comprised of two unique spaces Chinese Tuxedo and Peachy’s. Each venue can be booked separately or together for private events. A revitalized 1928 theater in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, Roulette features a dramatic proscenium and charming balcony, seating for up to 400 (550 standing), unsurpassed acoustics and sight lines, and superb production equipment. The 6,000-square-foot theater is available to rent year round for galas, film shoots, concerts, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, and more. Roulette is conveniently located a block away from the Barclays Center and Atlantic Terminal in Downtown Brooklyn.

Gran Morsi named after the Italian word for “bites,” epitomizes elegant simplicity. This airy and convivial two floor Tribeca restaurant specializes in boldly-flavored italian fare with a strong focus on small and shared plates, many of which are cooked in the brick oven. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

Our two-story, state-of-the-art new home, designed by nationally recognized theater architects Auerbach Consultants, consists of a theater, a visual arts gallery, dressing rooms, a lobby, and office space in an adaptable-use facility. Our flexible theater has up to 97 seats (110 for a comedy configuration) and can be cleared to be used as an event venue for 200. Our lobby and gallery can hold up to 125.
