Opened in October of 2018, Recreation is the latest installment from restauranteur and nightlife operator Jon Neidich of Golden Age Hospitality. Located upstairs at Moxy NYC Downtown Hotel in the Financial District, Recreation is a 5000 sq. ft. communal co-working space by day and a bar by night - serving as the ultimate living room for the neighborhood. The cocktail program—designed by Jim Kearns—showcases one of the most advanced tap cocktail systems in the country. The food menu at Recreation features all-day, evening, and late night dishes from Chef Akhtar Nawab of Alta Calidad. Drawing inspiration from the rec room at your neighbor's house, Recreation also features an old school Arcade Machine with games like Ms. Pacman and a half court-sized basketball court– designed to host events or just play ball. The renovations to this former metal factory highlight the building’s industrial past, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with a skylight. 26 Bridge is an affiliate of BK Venues a collection of unique event venues located in prime Brooklyn locations. A modern re-imagining of a seaside whaling tavern described in Herman Melville's Moby Dick, Quick Eternity is a new cocktail bar located in a landmarked building in the South Street Seaport with innovative cocktails, a menu of New England-accented small plates, and custom hand painted murals with art and design inspired by the classic 19th century whaling epic. Quick Eternity's second-floor event space, The Gam, can host cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests or the entire cocktail bar can be rented for buyouts of the space.

48 Wall Street provides a unique and magnificent event space for hosting corporate meetings, private affairs, weddings and nonprofit events on Wall Street. Located in the heart of NYC's Financial District, 48 Wall Street occupies three floors of a 1927 former historic bank. The Grand Mezzanine Banking Hall has retained much of its original architectural detail and boasts 30-foot ceilings, Palladian windows, and an entrance leading to a grand marble staircase.

Chef Antelmo Ambrosio is a multi-award winning culinary expert with Merchants Hospitality. Antelmo, who is credited with improving the caliber of the meals, takes great delight in his original recipes and the top-quality ingredients he uses in everything he cooks. Antelmo's passion expanded over the course of his years of expertise, and he eventually had the chance to take the position of Executive Chef. Antelmo continues to broaden and develop his culinary interests since he can satisfy any palette.

The Paper Box is an independently owned music and arts complex in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This venue with three indoor and outdoor spaces to host a number of weddings, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, baby shower, and corporate events.

Originally a residential block, the Dumbo neighborhood developed into a major factory area in the late 1800s-early 1900s. Soon, the manufacturer Edward H. Cole established it as one of the most industrial neighborhoods in the city. This brought in William Taylor & Sons Columbian Iron Works on Adams and Water Street, a sign making company, a brass foundry, a two-story machine shop and storage facility for E. W. Bliss and Phillips, Doup & Company. Many of these factories in the area were demolished to make way for the Manhattan Bridge. Luckily, the building at 155 Water Street wasn’t affected by the construction of the bridge and has a long history of manufacturing ironworks and other materials. In 1905, Edward Cole used the factory to make steam fittings then leasing out the property to Phillips, Doup & Company, who built steam heaters. Cole sold the building in 1920 to L&H Stern, manufacturers of smoking pipes and accessories. The company used the lower floors as offices and the upstairs as the production space. The simple brick facade, articulated by segmental openings and projecting lintels and sills, marks 155 Water Street as an example of the American round arch style. Additionally, the slow-burning mill construction and history make it an amazing representative of American factory architecture – contributing greatly to the character of the Dumbo Historic District.

Mezze On The River is a brand-new Waterfront Haute Dining concept from Merchants Hospitality with Mediterranean influences. In the Battery Park neighborhood of Manhattan, right on the water with a view of the Hudson River, Executive Chef Antelmo Ambrosio's new twist on Mediterranean, Greek, and seafood meals will be served to diners. Mezze On The River, a distinctive and exciting addition to the Downtown restaurant scene in New York City that serves shared mezze platters together with fresh seafood and beautiful seasonal drinks created by a committed mixology staff, was inspired by a trip to Oia, Santorini. The restaurant offers customers a clear view of the passing sailboats and yachts departing the adjacent North Cove Marina thanks to its two outdoor dining terraces with direct Hudson River views as well as its indoor seating with floor-to-ceiling windows.
