The Lobby and Patio together host up to 200 for a standing reception, while the Alumni Front Lawn accommodates up to 300 in theater-style seating. All catering and food service must be contracted through a UCF-approved caterer, and rentals include an eight-hour block covering setup, event time, and breakdown. Equipment such as dance floors, projectors, wireless microphones, and up-lighting packages is available for an additional fee. Complimentary wireless internet is provided. The Alumni Center accepts reservations up to twelve months in advance, and venue tours are available by appointment Monday through Friday.
