The newest San Diego wedding site with a beautiful view is nestled in the mountains near Alpine, CA. This 4,000-square-foot mansion stands atop a hill overlooking San Diego's serene mountains. A 10,000 square foot groomed lawn sits behind the beautiful Mediterranean style mansion, perfect for your next event. The market lighting, which runs the length of the lawn, creates a beautiful environment and lighting for your evening. The lower lawn, which is utilized for wedding celebrations, is framed by an oak grove along the creek. 27 Acres Estate is the ideal location for making your event a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your guests. Receptions The top lawn is 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 people for banquets and celebrations. The market lighting strung over the grass provides illumination for evening gatherings. A 1,000 square foot covered patio with built-in speakers, a television, and a bar complements the 10,000 square foot lawn. Ceremonies The bottom lawn, about 2,000 square feet, is suitable for your wedding celebration. It's ideal for weddings around sunset. As a result, the estate is known as Secluded Garden Estate. Garden Estate is located in a secluded location with magnificent unobstructed views and no other houses in sight. This extremely private location features a 6000 square foot lawn for your reception as well as a 550 square foot dance floor. Table of Sweethearts We have yet another patio area that is perfect for the Bride and Groom to be featured at a sweethearts table, which we also have. It has a breathtaking view, as well as a beautiful gate that separates them. A park-like setting offers numerous opportunities for artistic photography. When you book Casa Romantica for your wedding or private event, you are helping to support the organization's year-round calendar of cultural and educational programs for the community. A vendor from Casa Romantica's Exclusive Vendor List must be used for all of your services, including valet, rentals, catering, event planning/coordination, and floral arrangements. All other vendors are at the discretion of the client, though the Casa does maintain a Preferred Vendors List for its clients' convenience.
