Spacious and bright store-front space in Soho with high ceilings, large windows, and tons of light. Great for gatherings, dinners, parties, and more! The space, owned and operated by Artist Sedef Gali, is decorated with her large-scale paintings. The space is 1850 sq. ft, and is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen. Conveniently located in in the heart of Soho, the space is accessible by the 1, A, and C subway lines.

We are a luxury hair salon located in Nolita, 116 Elizabeth Street. Our space is very minimalistic and open concept throughout which makes it ideal for an event venue. Currently we occupy the entire second floor of a building with a direct elevator access that makes it even better! The space is great for cocktail reception, small gatherings or intimate dinners.

Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). Ready to move in? The entire townhouse is available for private events, comfortably hosting up to 150 guests.

We designed The Farm Event Venue from the ground up, sourcing rich oak barn wood, and fixtures from the farmlands of the Midwest. This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. Anita Rogers Gallery is a bright and spacious contemporary gallery in downtown NYC. Located on the ground floor, the space offers three large windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and columns throughout. We host events with our current exhibition of contemporary art on the walls, as well as offer the space as a white box.

Velvet Brooklyn is a cocktail bar and event venue that may be reserved for your special occasion. It is as luxurious as the fabric it is named after. With its exposed brick interior, vintage chandeliers, warm lighting and disco ball, it is the perfect space for an intimate event or a memorable celebration. It is 1,500 sq. ft with a maximum capacity of 110 guests. The interior includes two spacious bar areas, comfortable seating throughout the venue, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Velvet Brooklyn is an ideal venue for a stylish and fun celebration where guests can dance, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, soak in the vibrant ambience, and share an unforgettable moment with a loved one. You can choose our Velvet Room which can accommodate up to 60 guests, our Main Bar which can accommodate up to 50 guests, or the entire venue for up to 110 guests.
